This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia Pty Limited ABN 39 152 425 735 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”). Woolworths Ltd ABN 88 000 014 675 trading as “Big W” (Big W) is not the promoter of this Promotion, and is not associated with the Promoter. Accordingly, Big W is not responsible for this Promotion and will not accept any liability arising from your participation in the Promotion or in connection with any prize awarded under the Promotion.
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request any entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees and immediate families of Universal Sony and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion commences at 00:01 (EST) on Monday 24 August 2015, and ends at 23:59hrs (EST) on Wednesday 2 September 2015.
The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
Entrance to the Promotion is via the Big W Facebook Page (
www.facebook.com/BIGWaustralia) and requires the entrant to:
Comment on the promotional post including a picture of the entrant and their dad; and
Answer the following question ‘In 25 words or less” (the “Competition Question”) “Describe your Fast & Furious dad in 25 words or less?”.
The Competition Question answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
The answer to the Competition Question which is deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as a winner of a Prize available in the Promotion
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation: a) Late;b) Delayed;c) Incomplete;d) Incomprehensible;e) Unlawful;f) Obscene;g) Defamatory;h) Libellous;i) Threatening;j) Pornographic;k) Harassing;l) Hateful;m) Racially or ethnically offensive;n) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;o) Capable of violating any law; and/orp) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.

The judging will take place on Thursday 3rd September 2015, at the Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Austra Pty Ltd offices in Sydney NSW 2000.
The winner will be contacted by Facebook private message for further instructions on how to claim their prize.
If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 14 calendar days of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter within 14 days and a new winner will be selected
You must supply your correct address and contact details, and must enter those details correctly on the electronic entry form, in order for your entry to be valid
Total Prize Pool value is AUD$2630. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value, specifications or individual components of the Prize.
Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
