HOW TO ENTER
To enter, eligible individuals must purchase Changing Habits products or protocols to total of $150.00 (after discounts and excluding shipping - only standard shipping available) and will automatically go in the draw to win a Thermomix. (Nutritionist Consultation fees not eligible as an entry.)

Winner will be drawn at random on at Friday 04/09/2015, at Changing Habits, 2/29 Premier Circuit, Warana, QLD, 4575. Winner will be notified by email and/or contact number provided and will be announced via Changing Habits Facebook page and Newsletter. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
