Fathers Day Competition – Shop 2/47 Centre Way Mount Waverley Pinewood Shopping Village 3150.The gift of giving this Fathers Day(and special people), have your child enter into our Fathers Day competition by telling us Why My Dad Deserves A Prize! and go in the draw to win some cool prizes for dad! From memberships, meals, movies, and gifts we can’t wait to announce the winners!
Supporting children to express themselves in a loving letter/poem about their Dad is a beautiful thing PLUS encouraging children to write is powerful for many reasons! It’s nearly a lost art with technology and social media!
We are also proud to advise that we have a new addition to Pinewood Shopping Village. Bank of Melbourne will be opening their doors mid September and have kindly supported the Fathers Day Writing Competition 2015.
Entry is for all children under the age of 16 years old (we have increased the age limit to allow the older kids to partake) and competition entries need to be in no later than 5pm 5th September 2015. See below for full Terms and Conditions.

Terms & conditions
1. A Father’s Day Prize will be provided by the promoter, Pinewood Chamber of Commerce on the dates released by them upon announcing the winners. 2. The prize is
not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prizes. The contents of the prize will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Prize is subject to availability and
the terms and conditions of the entities supplying the Prize. Prize winners are responsible for their own travel costs to reach the chosen shopping centres in order to
collect and redeem their prize. The Competition will be judged at Pinewood Shopping Village on 5th September 2015. The Prize winners will be notified via email on
5th September, 2015. 12. If a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by 3 working days, then the Prize will be forfeited and a substitute prize
will not be offered in lieu of the Prize. The Prize must be collected by the winner in person at the Pinewood shopping Village within 5 days of the date of notification
or will be otherwise forfeited. In the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not: (a) be liable to any person for any
loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be
required to conduct the Competition at any other time. All entries become the property of the Promoter and Pinewood Shopping Village and may be communicated to
the public or used for promotional purposes, subject to the Promoter’s Pinewood’s privacy policy. By entering the Competition, the Prize winner agrees to the use of
their name, image, 200 word entry, audio-visual recording and/or photograph/s, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter (or Pinewood chamber of
Commerce, if applicable) will own copyright in any such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.
