Win a VW polo
THE PROMOTION
Win a VW Polo car promotion commences on 17/08/2015 at 7.00am and ends on 24/9/2015 at 6.00pm.

ELIGIBILITY
Entry into this Promotion is open to all members of Dingley International Hotel Loyalty Program (Platinum Rewards) and patrons as provided further in these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter warrants that membership of the Programs does not require the entrant to agree to receive any gaming machine advertising (as defined in section 5.7.5(3) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) (the GRA).
In order to participate in the Promotion, persons must be over 18 years of age, an Australian resident and NOT be currently excluded (whether self-excluded or otherwise) from the Venue or any part of the venue in which the Promotion is taking place.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged over 18 years who satisfy these Terms and Conditions (the Entrant).
Platinum Rewards Members (Loyalty Program) will automatically receive a promotional entry for every 20 points earned throughout the venue when their Program membership card is validly swiped by the Entrant during the Promotional Period which earns Program loyalty points.
Platinum Rewards Members can purchase additional entries from the Kiosk at rate of 20 points = 1 entry.
Non-Rewards members will also receive entries during the promotional period with every $20 transaction anywhere in the venue (excluding gaming machines) or (2) Joining the Loyalty program.
Additional Free entries will be given away throughout the promotional period free from any transaction and/or purchases made by Platinum Rewards member or Non-Rewards member.
Promotional period between 7.00am 17/08/2015 and ends at 6.00pm AEDT 24/09/2015.
At the end of each week, all entries will be removed from the barrel and discarded from all future draws.
First Round Draws
Weekly draw will occur within the gaming room.
20 entries will be drawn from 7.30pm on the following dates:
1. Thursday 21/8/2015
2. Thursday 28/8/2015
3. Thursday 4/09/2015
4. Thursday 11/09/2015
5. Thursday 18/09/2015
6. Wednesday 23/09/2015
The 20 weekly entries drawn from 7.30pm (refer to point 14 for dates).
First round winners will be invited to participate in the major and will receive a $30.00 venue voucher (food and beverages) Entries 19th and 20th drawn will also each receive a $200 Shell Cole Express Gift Card (refer to
www.giftcards.com.au for full terms of use)
All First Round Winners will be contacted by the venue and will be given an official entry into the major draw
First round winners must complete in full the invitation and place it in the barrel on the 24/9/2015 before 6.00pm to be eligible for the Polo draw
All First round winners will also be published on the Venue website
If a drawn First Round Winner cannot attend the Major Prize Game, the First Round Winner may appoint a proxy over 18 years of age to play the Major Prize Game on his/her behalf provided the First
First Round Winner gives the Promoter written, signed notice to that effect before the start of the Major Prize Game.
MAJOR DRAW:
Major draw will occur within the gaming room.
Draw date: Thursday 24th September from 6.00pm
All 120 weekly winners will be placed in the barrel on the 24/9/2015 at 5.30pm
The Promoter will manually select one (1) entry.
First valid entry will automatically win the car.
PRIZE POOL:
120 weekly winners with a $30 venue voucher (valued at $3,600)
12 x $200 Shell Cole Express Gift cards (valued at $2,400)
The first winning entry will automatically win a VW Polo (as displayed in the venue), valued at $15,990 (including all on road cost).
Venue vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for food and beverages.
The total prize pool is up to $21,990.
Winner’s name will be published on the 25/9/2015 on until 24/10/2015
www.dingleyinternational.com.auThe Promoter will contact winner by telephone and mail within one (1) business day of the Prize Draw, to notify them and arrange collection of their prize. The winner’s contact details will be obtained from the entry coupon/invitation.
If the Winners cannot be contacted by phone and mail before 5pm AEDT 25/10/2015, following reasonable attempts by the Promoter, or if the Winner is not properly identified or eligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Winner will be deemed to have forfeited any entitlement to the prize.
In the event a winner has forfeited their entitlements to the prize, the Promoter will conduct a “Second chance” draw at Dingley International Hotel 334-348 Boundary Road, Dingley Victoria 3172 on 29/10/2015 at 6.000pm AEDT. The “Second chance” draw winner will be contacted in accordance with paragraph 32 and will be substituted as the Winner.
INVALID DRAWS/ENTRIES
If the Promoter reasonably suspects that a drawn Entrant or Winner is not eligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has acted improperly to increase their chances of winning the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to that drawn Entrant or Winner and conduct a re-draw for the Prize that the drawn Entrant or Winner would otherwise have won.
GENERAL
Information on the Prize and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Prize (or any part of it) if there are any changes to the law, which would or might render any aspect of the Promotion or the Prize unlawful. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for an item or items of similar value.
To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these Terms and Conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant Terms and Conditions are unclear, the Promoter reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such decision will be final and binding.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Directors, management and employees of the venue, their immediate families and any agencies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild.
Participants in the Promotion and/or the Prize agree that their participation in the Promotion and/or the Prize is at their own risk and, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any damage or loss (including without limitation personal injury, loss and profits and loss of income) suffered by any person in connection with any participation in the Promotion or the Prize.
The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the Promotion and/or the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Entry into the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry and is deemed approval to use the Winners’ name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award the Prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The laws of the state of Victoria govern the Promotion.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, and administer, the Promotion. Without your personal information we cannot enter you in the Promotion. Subject to some exceptions allowed by law, you may request access to your personal information while we store it. We will assess your request in accordance with the law and tell you why if access is denied.
