Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

Any participating store in Australia displaying the CADBURY JOYFUEL point of sale material.
Participating Products
Any of the Promoter’s CADBURY chocolate bar products.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
Purchase any 2 or more Participating Products in one transaction from a Participating Store (Qualifying Purchase), and retain the product packaging from their Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase); and
Go to
www.cadbury.com.au/joyfuel (the Website), or scan the QR code on promotional POS materials, and follow the links to complete the online entry form, including entering their full name, phone number, email address, postcode of residence, receipt number, store type and last 4 digits of the barcodes from their Qualifying Purchase.
Maximum Number of Entries
One entry per Qualifying Purchase. Multiple entries are permitted but entrants (other than South Australian residents) will only be allowed to win once. A maximum of five (5) entries per person, per day is permitted.

Instant Win Prize Draw Procedure
During the Promotion Period, 1,680 gift cards to the value of $100 each will be awarded (Instant Win Prizes).
Instant Win Prizes will be allocated as follows:
Instant Win Prize winning time slots (each Winning Time Slot) will be randomly allocated every hour during the Promotion Period. The first valid entry received at or after each Winning Time Slot in the Period will “instantly win” the Instant Win Prize allocated to that particular Winning Time Slot.
If there is no valid and eligible entry received by the Promoter at or after a Winning Time Slot, then:
the Winning Time Slot will lapse;
there will be no “instant” winner of an Instant Win Prize for the relevant Winning Time Slot; and
the Instant Win Prize allocated to that Winning Time Slot will be reallocated to the next Winning Time Slot together with a further Instant Win Prize for that Winning Time Slot. (In such circumstances it is possible for there to be multiple winners in a Winning Time Slot.)
If there is no valid and eligible entry received by the Promoter at or after the final Winning Time Slot, the Instant Win Prize allocated to that Winning Time Slot will be allocated to the last valid entry received before the final Winning Timeslot. All Instant Win Prizes will be distributed.
Time of entry will be deemed to be the time that the entry is received by the Promoter.
All Instant Win Prize winning entries will be included in the Major Prize draw.
Major Prize Draw Procedure
Major Prize Draw: random electronic selection from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Time: 11:00am on 11/12/2015 AEDT.

Major Prize Winner: the first 25 complete, eligible entries drawn.

Notification of Winners
Instant Win Prizes
All Provisional Instant Prize Winners will be notified that they are a Provisional Instant Prize Winner by an on screen message immediately upon submitting a winning entry, and by email to the email address provided on their entry form.
Provisional Instant Prize Winners must verify their claim for a prize as per the instructions provided in the notification email.
Provisional Instant Prize Winners may be required to send their Proof of Purchase (for all entries submitted during the Promotion Period) to the Promoter (following the instructions set out in the notification message), before they will be awarded their prize.
Major Prizes
Major Prize Winners will be notified by in writing (by email) within 2 days of the prize being determined. The Major Prize Winner may be required to send their Proof of Purchase (for all entries submitted during the Promotion Period) to the Promoter (following the instructions set out in the notification message), before they will be awarded their prize.
All Prizes
If a prize winner complies with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter verifies and accepts the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will deliver the prize within 28 days of the prize being awarded, to the address provided by the entrant at the time of completing their entry or via the verification process.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect postal address being provided when entering the promotion, and (once dispatched), the Promoter is not liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
