1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are 12 years of age or under on Tuesday 29
September 2015. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within
Armadale Shopping City and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to
enter. Promotion commences at 9am Tuesday 29 September 2015. Entries close at 5pm Saturday
3 October 2015. Participants must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age
of 18 years to enter the Promotion.
3. To enter, participants must complete and drop off their entry form to the entry barrel outside Bakers
Delight during the Promotion period. Entry forms are located at the Craft Zone outside Best & Less.
4. There will be three categories that participants can participate in to win one of three prizes. They
comprise:
• 1 – 4 years of age: 1 prize pack;
• 5 – 8 years of age: 1 prize pack; and
• 9 – 12 years of age: 1 prize pack.
Only one entry is permitted from a participant during the Promotion period.
5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be
individually judged based on artistic merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
6. Each winner will receive a Blinky Bill Prize Pack which includes:
• 1 x Grand Cinemas Armadale Family Pass (2 x adults, 2 x children)
• 1 x Blinky Bill explorer set
• 1 x Blinky Bill koala ears
• 1 x Blinky Bill library bag
Retail value of $100.00.
Total Prize Pool of $300.00.
7. The entries will be judged by a judging committee between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Monday 5
October 2015 at the Armadale Shopping City Centre Management office. Winners will be notified
via phone.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age and identity and eligibility
to participate in the Promotion. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner
will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
9. Prizes must be collected from Armadale Shopping City Centre Management office and will be
awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian who must accompany the winner in order to collect the
prize.
10. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
11. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you may
have under any law (including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), and consumer guarantees
relating to goods or services under the ACL) which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by
agreement (‘Your Consumer Rights’). Subject to Your Consumer Rights, the Promoter is not liable
for any loss or damage however caused (including by negligence), suffered or incurred in
connection with the Promotion or the prize. Any condition or warranty which would be implied by
law into these terms and conditions is excluded.
12. The Promoter may conduct such further judging of entries at the same place as the original judging
as is necessary at 9.00am on Monday 4 January 2016 at the Armadale Shopping City Centre
Management office in order to distribute any unclaimed prize by that date.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
14. By entering into the promotion you accept all conditions of entry including these terms and
conditions.
15. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond
the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s). Should the
Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
(i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the customer service
desk in the shopping centre;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
