TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. These are the terms and conditions for the Edible Blooms’ promotion “Update your details with Edible Blooms to win $5,000 cash this Christmas” (Promotion).
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18. These cannot take part in the Promotion: Directors and employees of Edible Blooms.
3. To enter the Promotion you must:
3.1 visit Edible Blooms’ Promotion website at [www.edibleblooms.com.au] (Promotion Website);
3.2 read the terms of the Promotion on the Promotion Website (being these terms); and
3.3 complete the online form to update your details on the Promotion Website including:
3.3.1 full name;
3.3.2 email address;
3.3.3 post code; and
3.3.4 details of at least five (5) special occasion dates (including the date, occasion and the gender of the person the special occasion relates to).
4. You may obtain one additional entry in the Promotion for each of Edible Blooms’ social media platforms by choosing to ‘like’ or ‘follow’ Edible Blooms on the platform.
5. The Promotion commences on 10 August 2015 at [12:01am] and closes on 10 December 2015 at 9:00 am Australian Central Standard Time (ACST). The prize value of the Promotion is $5,000 (including GST if any). The prize is valued at $5,000 (including GST if any) (see below).
6. One winner (Winner) will be drawn on 12 December 2015 at 12.00 pm ACST at the Edible Blooms headquarters, 32 Richmond Road, Keswick SA 5035. The Winner drawn will receive a bank cheque in the amount of $5,000 (First Prize).
7. To be eligible for the First Prize you must submit your entry on the Promotion Website by 9.00 am ACST on 10 December 2015.
8. The Winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of being drawn and the name of the Winner in the Promotion will be published on Edible Blooms’ social media platforms on 14 December 2015.
9. In the event that the notification email is undeliverable or the First Prize remains unclaimed on 16 March 2016, the First Prize will be forfeited and one alternate winner (Alternate Winner) will be drawn from the remaining entries and their name published on Edible Blooms social media platforms on 16 March 2016.
10. The Winner (including any Alternate Winner) agrees to participate and co-operate in any advertising, reporting or editorial activities in respect of the Promotion as reasonably required by Edible Blooms including being interviewed and photographed. Edible Blooms may use the relevant interviews, name and relevant footage and photographs of the Winner (or Alternate Winner) for such purposes and the Winner (or Alternate Winner) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
11. Edible Blooms including its officers, employees, agents and its associated companies are not liable to the Winner (or Alternate Winner) in respect of the Promotion or the First Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
