Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form
acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this
requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence.
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to
call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The Promoter may contact entrants and speak to them on air during the
promotion period and get them to “request a smooth favourite” This does
not mean they have won. And they will be awarded with a smoothfm
Mellow Music CD.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 6am (AEDT) on Monday October 19, 2015.

Entry Method Web entry:
(a) During the Promotion Period, commercials will air across the
Station inviting entrants to visit the Station Website during the
Promotion Period and fully complete the online entry form in the
manner required, including by providing their full name,
residential address, contact telephone number and current and
valid email address.
(b) All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be
placed into the prize draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to
receive further information from Brighton Nissan, and if an entrant
selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form
their contact details will be passed on to Brighton Nissan (including for
the purposes of direct marketing).
Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from
Brighton Nissan following the unsubscribe procedure contained in email
communications sent to subscribers.

Prize Details Minor Prizes:
Each Friday when Byron calls up an entrant and plays their smooth
favourite they will be awarded with a smoothfm Mellow Music CD.
There will be eight (
minor prizes given away throughout the
competition period. Mellow Music CD, valued at $19.99 (incl GST)
Major Prize:
The prize consists of one (1) new 2015 Nissan Pulsar ST Series 2
Sedan, valued at up to $19,990 (incl GST and all costs listed below).
The prize includes the following elements:
all on statutory and on road costs;
registration;
CTP Insurance.
The following are not included with the prize:
additional insurance;
licence/s, other accessories, and any other ancillary costs not
listed in the Prize Details above.

Prize Delivery The prize will be available for collection by the winner from Brighton
Nissan, 931 Nepean Hwy, Bentleigh VIC 3204. The Promoter will contact
the winner when their prize is ready for collection.
The promoter will collect the winner from home/work and take them to
Brighton Nissan to collect their prize.
Winner gives the promoter consent to have photos taken which may be
published on the station website.
