The Lucky Draw commences on 12 October 2015 and closes at 23.59 (AEST) on 31 December 2015.To be included in the Lucky Draw an entrant must Join or Renew to be a Member of the ATC by 31 December 2015. Every new Membership application or renewal Membership application received and processed by the ATC will automatically entitle the entrant to enter the Lucky Draw. Entrants may only enter the Lucky Draw once.The Lucky Draw will take place on Thursday 7 January 2016 at 12noon and will be conducted by the ATC and scrutinised by an independent scrutineer. The ATC will use its best endeavours to notify the winning entrant by telephone and will publish the winner’s name in the ATC’s Members’ electronically delivered messages (EDM) within two days of the draw.The intended prize for the winner of the Lucky Draw is a gift voucher to the value of AU$20,000 cash;The maximum retail value of the prize in this Lucky Draw is AU$20,000.In the event the prize is not available, a replacement product to equal or greater value will apply, subject to state government legislation. Prizes unclaimed after a period of four weeks from the date of notification of the winner may be forfeited and used by the ATC at the discretion of the ATC. These prizes must be taken as specified.
