This competition is open only to Australian residents aged 14 years or over.
Directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers,
management and employees) of the Promoter, or of the agencies or companies associated with this
competition are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse,
ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.
Residents under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter before entering and further, the
parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Conditions of Entry. Parents/guardians may
be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering
this competition.
Any winner of a Major Prize aged between 14 and up to but not including 18 years must be accompanied by
a parent/legal guardian at all times during taking of the Major Prize.
The competition starts at 12:01am (AEDST) on 1st November 2015 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 31st March 2016, with entries opening and closing for each Major Prize on the dates/times specified below:

Entry for the chance to win an Instant Win Prize starts at 12:01am AEDST) on 1st December 2015 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 29th February 2016 (Instant Win Period).
There are total of ninety-one (91) Instant Win Prizes (one (1) awarded per day of the Instant Win Period) and five (5) Major Draw Prizes to be won.
Eligible Products:
“Eligible Products” consist of specially marked bottles/cans of the Promoters’ products (i.e. includes a reference to this Competition, including a promotional code word on the bottle/can) in varying sizes including (but not limited to) products from the below brand:
Pepsi Max; and
Post-mix products of the Promoter (as specified to be eligible in advertising in store) and sold in Participating Outlets which display advertising for this Competition (e.g. selected cinemas).
Entry Method
Entrants must first purchase an Eligible Product from a Participating Outlet.
All can/bottle Eligible Products will feature a promotional code word on the bottle/can. For post-mixed Eligible Products a card (or similar, featuring a promotional code word) will be provided to the eligible individual at the
time of the qualifying purchase, while stocks of such cards last at the relevant Participating Outlet. It is the eligible individuals responsibility to request such a card at the time of purchase, if not provided to them.
To enter, eligible individuals must then visit
www.pepsi.com.au (Website), follow the prompts to the Competition entry page, complete the entry form as prompted, including providing their first name, surname, valid email address, last 4 digits of product barcode, residential address (no PO boxes allowed) and valid promotional code word from the Eligible Product purchased, and submit the fully completed entry form during the Competition Period.
Entrants who enter during the Instant Win Period will be notified immediately after submission of their entry form whether or not they are a provisional winner of an Instant Win Prize, subject to verification. ONLY
ONCE SUCH ENTRANT HAS BEEN VERIFIED WILL THEY BE DETERMINED AS AN OUTRIGHT WINNER OF AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE.
For the sake of clarity, entrants who enter between 00:01 (AEDST) on 1st November 2015 and 24:00 (AEDST) on 31st November 2015 AND between 12.00am (AEDST) on 1st March 2016 and 11.59pm (AEDST) on 31st March 2016 will NOT have the chance to win an Instant Win Prize.
For each qualifying Eligible Product purchase, entrants may only enter the one (1) Major Prize Draw applicable to the Eligible Product purchased, see ‘Prize Details’ section for further details. Entrants must enter within the required entry period for the relevant Major Prize, as outlined in the ‘Competition Period’ section above for the chance to win that Major Prize. If an entry is received after the closing date/time for the relevant Major Prize but still between 12:01am (AEDST) on 1st December 2015 and 11:59pm (AEDST) on 29th February 2016, the entrant will not receive an entry into a Major Prize Draw for that corresponding Eligible Product purchase but will be eligible for the chance to win an Instant Win Prize.

In this Competition, there are ninety-six (96) prizes to be won, with five (5) major prizes and ninety-one (91) Instant Win Prizes to be won.
Instant Win prizes - The Instant Win prizes available to be won are:
91 x AUD $1,000 EFTPOS Gift Cards (Instant Win Prizes). One (1) Instant Win Prize will be won per day of the Instant Win Period.
Entry for the chance to win an Instant Win Prize starts at 12:01am (AEDST) on 1 st December 2015 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 29th February 2016.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming an EFTPOS Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of an EFTPOS Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of an EFTPOS Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the EFTPOS Gift Card.
Major Prizes
There will be five (5) different Major Prizes to be won, as outlined below. A separate draw will be conducted for each Major Prize. Only one (1) Major Prize will be advertised on any given can/bottle Eligible Product (or card (or similar) provided with a post-mix Eligible Product purchase). Four (4) different Major Prizes will be advertised across the 375mL, 1.25L and 2L Eligible Products; and one (1) Major Prize will be advertised across all 600mL and 440mL Eligible Products. The 4 (four) Major Prize/s advertised across the 375mL, 1.25L and 2L Eligible products may also be advertised for the chance to win via a post-mix Eligible Product purchase. A different promotional code word will correspond with each Major Prize. The promotional code word included on entry will reflect the Major Prize Draw entered into. Entrants must include the promotional code word specified on their Eligible Product purchased (or card (or similar) for a post-mix Eligible Product purchased) for the entry to be considered valid. Each Major Prize is valued at up to AUD$30,000, depending on date and point of departure.
Major Prize 1: Trip to London (draw only for selected 375mL, 1.25L, 2L & Post Mix Eligible Product purchases)
Major Prize 1 is a trip to London, UK for two (2) people and includes:

In the event of a disagreement as to the experiences awarded, the Promoter’s decision will be final. Any unused balance of the AUD$2,500 credit not used for booking the music experiences will be forfeited by the winner and will not be awarded as cash or any other alternative;
i) return transfers from accommodation to one (1) music event of winner’s choice (as mentioned in
(h) above) for two (2) people;
j) AUD $200 towards travel insurance which is the responsibility of the winner to arrange
