Any RACV member who submits an entry by post or online during the Promotion Period will be entered in the draw.
Competition commences 12.01am Wednesday 16 September 2015 and closes 11.59pm Monday 30 November 2015 (the Promotion Period).
Competition entry is restricted to one entry per RACV member. Additional entries will result in entrant being disqualified from the Competition.
This competition is won by chance and entrants are not judged on the quality of their entry.
All employees of the promoter, its related bodies corporate, the immediate families of such employees and employees and their immediate families of Renault Australia and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.

The draw will take place at 11am Thursday 3nd December 2015 at 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Victoria.
The winner will be notified by telephone and /or mail and the winner’s details will be published in the February 2016 edition of RoyalAuto magazine and on the RoyalAuto website.
If the prize is not claimed by the winner within three months of draw date, the prize will be deemed to be forfeited by the winner and there will be a redraw. If required, the Promoter will conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw on Thursday 3 March 2016 at 11.00am and the winner will be notified in the next available edition of RoyalAuto magazine and on royalauto.com.au.
The Prize
Prize details: The prize is one Renault Captur Dynamique EDC automatic, valued at AUD$34,290 RRP (inclusive of GST) including all on-road costs relevant to the state of Victoria (e.g. stamp duty, CTP, registration). Also includes 7” touchscreen sat nav, rear view camera and sensors, heated dark charcoal and leather upholstery, two-tone body and roof design, 17” two-tone alloy wheels.
The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD$34,290 RRP (inclusive of GST). The Promoter may at its sole and absolute discretion accommodate the winner’s colour preference for the vehicle, colour and trim subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Renault dealer.
Additional insurance, options, accessories, upgrades, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
RACV may substitute or change the supplier of the prize or substitute prizes with cheques to the cash value of prizes at its absolute discretion.
General terms and conditions
Entrants consent to the promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the promoter.
The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or death relating to acceptance and use of prizes by winners.
The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the Promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Personal information supplied by entrants may be provided to related bodies corporate or agencies of the Promoter and third parties involved in promoting or conducting the promotion for the purposes of conducting the promotion and future marketing and publicity communications. Entrants’ details may also be used for future promotions carried out by the promoter. Entrants can request not to receive information about future promotions by calling 13 RACV (13 7228).
No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.
Entrants agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the Promoter against all losses, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities that the Promoter suffers or incurs or is likely to suffer or incur, and against all claims, demands, proceedings, suits and actions against the Promoter in connection with an entrant’s breach of any of these Conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, directors, contractors, agents and affiliated entities) is not responsible for and excludes all liabilities (including exclusion of all liabilities for negligence, personal injury, illness and death of any person), losses, expenses, damages, costs, claims, demands, proceedings, actions and suits (whether or not direct, indirect, special, consequential) arising as a result of or in connection with any of the following:
any technical difficulty, equipment malfunction, problem with networks or communication lines, traffic congestion, infection by computer virus or bug, bad weather or act of God occurs;
any theft, fraud, unauthorised, unexpected or third party access, interference or intervention occurs; and/or
any act, omission, failure or delay occurs which is not reasonably within the Promoter’s control, or which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion;
entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered or damaged, whether or not due to the Promoter’s act, omission or fault;
variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
entrant’s or other person’s participation in this promotion;
damage caused to any prize in transit before the prize winner takes possession;
tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
use or misuse of the prize;
invalidation of any entry;
disqualification of any entrant; and/or
any cancellation, termination, modification or suspension of this promotion.
