Lights, Camera, Action Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions. Entries not in accordance with these terms are invalid.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.
If a customer makes a purchase at any participating retail store* of $50 or more, then the customer is eligible to receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion.
If a customer makes a purchase at Coles of $100 or more, then the customer is eligible to receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion.
To enter the Promotion, the customer must complete an entry form with their name, address, daytime telephone number, email address and a receipt to the value of $50 / $100 or more must be attached and placed in the centre entry box located in Centre Court.
You may enter as many times as you like. Entries deemed to be photocopies are invalid.
The Promotion commences at 8.00am Thursday 12th November 2015 and closes at 3pm Wednesday 23rd December.
The Promotion will be conducted over this period and the Promoter is Jen Management QLD Pty Ltd ABN 61 080 874 – Kenmore Village 9 Brookfield Rd Kenmore Qld 4069.
Employees and immediate families and any person living at the same address of the Promoter, Prize Suppliers, and all Retailers at Kenmore Village and any associated organizations with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
**The prize described as ‘Lights’ is based on 2 adults travelling to Las Vegas to the value of $7,000. Prize includes return economy airfares to Las Vegas flying with Quants Airways, return airport shuttle transfers, 5 nights’ accommodation at the Delano Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay in a Delano King Suite and AU$1,500 spending money
**The prize described as ‘Camera’ is based on 2 adults travelling to Los Angeles to the value of $8,400. Prize includes return economy airfares to Los Angeles flying with Quants Airways, return airport shuttle transfers, 5 nights’ accommodation at the Hollywood Roosevelt in a Deluxe King room and AU$1,500 spending money
**The prize described as ‘Action’ is based on 2 adults travelling to New York to the value of $9,800. Prize includes return economy airfares to New York flying with Quants Airways, return airport shuttle transfers, 5 nights’ accommodation at The Novatel Times Square in a Superior room and AU$1,500 spending money.
The first correct entry drawn at 3pm Wednesday 25th November 2015 will win the prize described as ‘Lights’, the first correct entry drawn at 3pm Wednesday 9th December 2015 will win the prize described as ‘Camera’ and the first correct entry drawn at 3pm Wednesday 23rd December 2015 will win the prize described as ‘Action’.
The draw/s for the Prize will take place at Centre Management, Kenmore Village, 9 Brookfield Rd, Kenmore Qld 4069.
The Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and requested to return to Kenmore Village to claim the Prize from Centre Management and agree to have their photo taken for publication on Kenmore Village’s website, Facebook page, e-newsletter and press.
Winners must provide suitable identification to the promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim their prize (Drivers Licence or similar). If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent/guardian. If you are under the age of 14, you may only enter the competition if a parent/guardian is entering on your behalf.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The entrant agrees to the content of the Privacy Statement.
* Australia Post, QML and all Banks are EXCLUDED from this competition
