1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter the competition and prizes form part of these terms and
conditions.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia, who are 18 years of age or
older.
2.2 Owners and Employees of Oran Park Podium retail stores, Commercial offices, Members of
Oran Park Smart Work Hub, Employees of Greenfields Development Company or its associated
agencies or companies, Employees of Camden Valley Motors, Paul Wakeling Motor Group,
family members of any of the above entities or anyone else connected in any way with the
competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the
competition.
2.3 If the winner of the major prize does not have a valid Australian driver’s license the prize may
be transferred to a nominated family member at the approval of the promoter
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Entrant must make a valid purchase from any retail premise within Oran Park Podium to
enter this competition. The promoter may deem a purchase invalid at its absolute discretion.
A valid receipt should be retained by the entrant to verify the purchase if requested by the
promoter.
3.2 An Entry ticket will be provided to the entrant by the retailer at the point of purchase each
time a purchase is made. The entrant must complete the entry form by providing their name
Phone number and email address. The entry ticket is then place in the locked barrel located
in centre court beside the display prize car.
3.3 Closing time for weekly entries will be 2:00pm on each Friday that a draw takes place. After
this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The closing date for final
entries will be 2:00 pm on 11th December 2015
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one major prize of a Holden Barina Spark in Bluebell colour with standard
inclusions, valued at $14,540 drive away. All nine runner up finalists will receive a
Woolworths gift voucher with a retail value of $200 each.
4.2 No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are
subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of
equivalent value without giving notice.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Finalists and Winners will be chosen: One finalist will be drawn weekly, each Friday at
2:00pm for a period of 10 weeks, Commencing on 3
rd October 2015. A selected retailer or
retail staff member of Oran Park Podium will randomly pick a finalist from the barrel. The
finalist will be notified that they have been selected as a finalist with a chance to win the
major prize. The barrel will be emptied every Friday after the weekly finalist has been drawn.
In total, 10 finalists will be allocated a “Key” and be registered as a finalist for the Major
Draw. The major prize draw will take place on 12th December and will be on an elimination
basis. Each finalist will select a key randomly and will then attempt to open the prize car
with the selected key. Only one of the 10 keys will open the prize car. The finalist in
possession of the Prize car key will be deemed the winner of the major prize.
5.2 The finalists selected during the weekly draws must be present on the day of the Major
Draw at Oran Park Podium to register and to be eligible to receive the prize.
5.3 Multiple entries are permitted in the weekly draw.
5.4 The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and
conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act
of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other
event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to
entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
6.2 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6.3 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any
third party connected with this competition.
6.4 The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and
no correspondence will be entered into.

8. PRIVACY
8.1 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions and to being contacted using the details provided on the entry
form.

8.2 The entrant may opt out of receiving promotional updates from Oran Park Podium by ticking
the check box on the entry form.
8.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any
disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
8.4 The entrants and winners agree to the use of his/her names and image in any publicity
material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely
in accordance with current Privacy & Personal Information Act 1998.
8.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
