Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 21 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof
of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their
companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for the prize.
Dates and schedule of the prize are not under the Promoter’s control and
are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date
or schedule changes.
RV hire is not permitted during the following black out periods:
14 December 2015 – 31 January 2016
1 February 2016 – 25 February 2016
23 March 2016 – 28 March 2016
The prize winner must book all travel a minimum of thirty (30) days in
advance. Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank
account as requested by the Promoter, in the event that the entrant is a
winner.
Entrants must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 6am (AEDT) on Monday November 16, 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 11.59pm (AEDT) on Saturday
November 28, 2015.

Entry Method Web entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online
entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name,
mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and
answering in 25 words or less the question “Why do you want to spend
summer travelling in an RV?” (Question)
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually
judged by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) in accordance with
the Judging details below. The Judges will select the entry they deem to
be the “best” (based on the Judging Criteria) in the promoters sole and
absolute discretion from all valid entries received within the Promotion
Period and award the entrant the Prize.
Maximum Number of
Entries
One (1) entry per person, per day during the Promotion Period.
Entrants may enter the promotion as many times as they wish however
each entry must be submitted only once per person per day during the
promotion period.
Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter by Monday November 30, 2015 at the Promoter’s premises to
determine one (1) winner. All valid entries will be judged based on the
Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the
Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on the originality and creativity in response to the
Question.
Prize Details There is one (1) prize to be won, as follows:

- 2 week RV Hire, Maui 4 Berth, Mercedes Sprinter, Automatic
Transmission. (This may vary based on availability), Excess
costs included. Valued at up to $5,000 (incl GST)
- $5,000 AUD (incl GST) spending money. Will be electronically
transferred into the prize winner's nominated Australian bank
account.
Additional Prize Terms and Conditions
All components of the prize are to be arranged by a
representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the
Promoter in its sole discretion.
All travel is subject to availability which may depend on
applicable blackout periods as advised by any prize provider
(detailed under Entry Restrictions)
The winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by
a winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the
prize.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not
refundable or transferable.
All components of the prize must be taken together and when
offered or are forfeited. Any element of the prize not taken will be
deemed to be forfeited.

The winner and their companion must be in good health and
must not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would
prohibit them from entering this promotion or participating in any
way in the prize.
That the Promoter, its agents and its partnering clients may use
the winning entry and the winner’s and their companion’s names,
likeness, images and/or voices (including photograph, film or
recording of the same) from (but not limited to) their participation
in the Prize, in any media for an unlimited period without further
notification, compensation or remuneration for the purpose of
promoting, publicizing or marketing this promotion (including the
Prize and any outcome) and/or promoting any products or
services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the
Promoter and/or its partnering clients. The winner and their
companion agree that they will participate in all reasonable
promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by
the Promoter and its partnering agents.
Car hire is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the car hire
company. Winner may be required to sign a legal release and
other documentation as provided by the car hire company.
Winner must provide the car hire company with a copy of their
valid Australian driver’s licence prior to the car hire period. The
winner is solely responsible for any fuel costs, insurance costs
and insurance excesses (if any) associated with the car hire
component of the prize (as determined by the Promoter in its
sole and absolute discretion).
The winner and their companion may be required to sign a code
of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form
determined by the Promoter and/or prize provider or car hire
company in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize.
Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the
Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize
winner forfeiting their prize.
Spending money, additional meals, beverages, additional
activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to
insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, fuel costs, or
other costs associated with the car hire, not listed in the Prize
Details above are the responsibility of the winner and his her
nominated companion as incurred.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the
event that one or more event or activity is no longer available, the
remainder of the prize shall constitute the complete and total
prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further
correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated
companion.

Prize Claim Date and
Time
Prize must be claimed by 5pm (AEDT) on Tuesday March 1, 2016.
Prize Delivery The spending money will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank
account via electronic funds transfer.
The RV hire component of the prize will be provided to the prize winner
by the prize provider RV Sales Centre, Central West Business Park,
Building 2, 9 Ashley Street, Braybrook, VIC, 3019.
Promoter and or prize provider will be in touch with winner to organise
prize collection.
