1) Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2) Only entries that are submitted between 9:00AM AEST Saturday 1 November 2015 and 5:00PM AEST Friday 4 December 2015 are eligible.
3) The prize is a Springfree Trampoline R54 Compact Round PLUS Australia wide delivery. The total prize value is up to $1,419 including delivery.
4) The prize draw will take place at 11:00 AM AEST Wednesday 9 December 2015 via a central hosted database and the prize winner will be randomly selected via a computer generated draw service: random.org at 1/60 Hoopers Rd, Kunda Park, 4556 Qld.
5) The winner of the draw will be notified in writing via email and will receive a phone call following the prize draw. The winner will be published on Friday 11 December 2015 on the Springfree® Trampoline website at:
http://www.springfree.com.au.
6) The winner has until 5:00PM AEST Wednesday 9 March 2016 to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, Springfree Trampoline will redraw the competition.
7) The redraw will occur AEST 10:00AM Monday 14 March 2016 at 1/60 Hoopers Rd, Kunda Park, Qld, 4556.
8. Prizes do not include upgrades or additional services.
9) Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry
10) The prize will only be delivered within Australia and the winner should allow up to 28 days from date of draw for prize delivery.
11) Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
12) Springfree Trampoline do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
13) Employees of Springfree Trampoline are ineligible to enter.
14) Springfree Trampoline and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
