There will be a maximum of one (1) major prizes, each consisting of:

Winners must be available to travel at a time determined by the Promoter between Wednesday 9th December and Tuesday 15th December 2015. The total nights spent in the United States of America will be five (5) nights so the winner may not be away for the entire time specified above. Exact travel dates are subject to airline availabilities.
Please note that if a prize comprises tickets or attendance at any function or event, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of the function or event. Should the function or event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise varied, including but not limited to by the substitution of the promoted performers, then the Promoter has no responsibility to provide alternate or substitute tickets or to provide any cash equivalent in substitute for the tickets.
Please note the winner and their guest must travel together and must leave from the winners nearest capital city as specified in their entry.
Total maximum value of the prize: AU $8,000.00
Entrants may enter as many times as they like, however must provide a separate entry form for each entry and a separate answer to the 25 words or less question.
The promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of, or contractors to, the

(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent,

All entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the competition and/or claim their prize.
One (1) major prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received nationally judged based on the creativity and originality of their entry during the active contesting period.
The judges/promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be selected between 12:00pm Monday 30th November and 5:00pm Tuesday 1st December, 2015.
Judging will take place at 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde NSW 2113.
Prize winners will be notified by phone and email.
Prize winner will be notified between 12:00pm AEDST Monday 30th November 2015 and 05:00pm AEDST Wednesday 2nd December 2015.
The Prize winner and their companion must prepare and obtain all necessary paperwork and apply for any relevant visas to enable them to travel to, and remain in the USA.
The promoter may amend the promotional period in accordance with state legislative rules.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at
its absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
No cash or alternative prize or opportunity will be awarded in lieu of that element.
The Promoter reserves the right to solicit for entrants on Facebook and Twitter and invite them to register for the Promotion.
When entering this Promotion, you agree to release Facebook and Twitter from all liability and claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or these terms and conditions. Travel conditions
The major winner will be required to sign a travel indemnity.
Contact details provided in the entry form will be provided to an ARN Travel Partner for the purpose of awarding the major prize only unless specified otherwise.
Tickets are non-transferable.
The travel airline partner will be selected at the promoter’s discretion.
Tickets cannot be on sold and if found to be, the tickets will be cancelled.
Entry to the event may be subject to the presenter’s and/or Venue’s rules
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the tickets will not be transferable for any other prize.
Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winners and their travel companions will not be compensated.
The prize winner must have a valid passport The prize winner’s guest must be over 18.
The prize winner’s flights may not be direct flights to the destination and may involve a stopover
