CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Promotion Period
1. The Dazzle in December promotion (“Promotion”) will commence at 13:15:00 on Tuesday 1 December, 2015 and conclude at 20:00:00 on Tuesday 22 December, 2015 (“Promotion Period”). All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.
Eligible Entrant
2. Participation in the Promotion is open to all persons who:
(a) are 18 years of age or older;
(b) are members of the Absolute Rewards loyalty program operated by the Promoter and who have a current Absolute Rewards Membership card (“Membership Card”);
(c) are entitled to access the Draw Location;
(d) are not the subject of an exclusion direction or self exclusion order pursuant to the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld); and
(e) are not the subject of a Withdrawal of Licence (WOL) from Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast or Treasury Casino & Hotel Brisbane.
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the Promotion Period are referred to as “Eligible Entrant/s” and will be entitled to participate in the Promotion.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person entry in the Promotion at any time.
Random Selection
4. Random selection draws will take place on the Main Gaming Floor, Level 1, Ground Floor and Premium Gaming Rooms, Level 2 at Treasury (“Random Selection Draw Locations”) between 13:15:00 to 21:15:00 on 1 to 21 December, 2015 and 13:15:00 to 19:45:00 on 22 December, 2015 (each a “Random Selection Period”). A total of three hundred seventy-one (371) Random Selection Draws will be conducted during the Promotional Period.
Entry into the Random Selection Draws
5. To be eligible to win a prize an Eligible Entrant must be playing a compatible electronic gaming machine (“Eligible Machine”) at a Random Selection Draw Location during a Random Selection Period/s.

Entry into the Prize Draw
16. The Promoter will manually issue each Random Selection Winner with an Entry for the Prize Draw component of the Promotion. Lost, stolen or misplaced Entries may not be replaced (“each an “Entry”).
17. To enter the Prize Draw, Random Selection Winners must place their Entry in the barrel at the Draw Location. Entries may be placed in the draw barrel from 13:00:00 on Tuesday 1 December, 2015 up until one (1) minute prior to the Prize Draw.
18. Only one (1) Entry will be issued to each Random Selection Winner. Should a Random Selection Winner be chosen, their Entry will not be re-entered into the barrel and will not be eligible for any upcoming draws.
Car Draw
19. At the Prize Draw, the name and membership number of the first correctly drawn and valid Entry selected from all Entries in the barrel (“Selected Member”) will be announced over the public address system at the Draw Location. The Promoter reserves the right to announce the name of the Selected Member at other locations throughout Treasury.
20. A Selected Member must be “present at the relevant Prize Draw” in accordance with Condition 23 to be eligible to win. If a Selected Member is not “present at the Prize Draw”, Condition 24 will apply.
21. On completion of the Prize Draw on the Draw Day, remaining entries in the barrel will be discarded.
22. The Promoter cannot guarantee that all announcements can be heard at the Draw Location or in all parts of Treasury.
Present at the Prize Draw
23. To be deemed “present at the Prize Draw” Selected Members must present themselves to a Treasury representative at the Draw Location, Absolute Rewards Desk or the VIP Services Desk Level 2, within three (3) minutes of their name being announced and provide suitable identification in accordance with Conditions 32 or 33 when presenting themselves. If the Selected Member has presented themselves to a representative of the Promoter, at a location specified above other than the Draw Location, the Treasury representative will inform the promotions host at the Draw Location that the Selected Member has presented themselves and such Selected Member will have five (5) minutes to present him/herself to the Promoter at the Draw Location.
24. Selected Members are not permitted to send a proxy to claim a prize. Selected Members that are “present at the Prize Draw” will be eligible to win a prize (each a “Winner”). The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to extend the time limit set out within this clause if the Promoter forms the reasonable view that a Selected Member will be physically unable to comply with such time limit due to incapacity or any other such impairment. It is the responsibility of the Selected Member to request such time extension from the representative of the Promoter before making their way to the Draw Location. Time Extensions will not be granted retrospectively.
25.If a Selected Member does not satisfy Condition 23 or does not otherwise satisfy these Conditions of Entry, re-draws will take place immediately at the Draw Location. If after five (5) re- draws a Selected Member who satisfies Condition 23 and these Conditions of Entry is not found the prize will be awarded to the Selected Member drawn first at the Prize Draw and that Selected Member will not be required to satisfy Condition 23 (“Default Winner”). The Default Winner will be notified of their win by phone, email or mail in accordance with their membership details held by the Promoter. The Default Winner will be required to collect their prize pursuant to Conditions 26 - 30.
Prize
26. The Selected Member who is “present at the relevant Prize Draw” will, subject to compliance with these Conditions of Entry, receive a CX-3 A6 Auto Maxx Petrol FWD Car with dealer fitted accessories. Including Dealer delivery, 6 months registration fee, compulsory Third Party and Stamp Duty worth $25,438 GST included (“Car”).
27. The Car will be supplied by Eagers Mazda Newstead (“Dealer”).
28. Optional extras, petrol and all other ancillary costs are not included with the Car and are the responsibility of the Winner. If the Winner has a colour preference for the Car or any other requests in relation to the Car itself, they should directly consult with the Dealer. The Dealer may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate these preferences, subject to availability.
29. The Promoter does not make any representation about the nature, suitability, specifications (technical or otherwise), quality and features of any car.
30. The Winner must collect the Car from the Dealer. The Winner agrees that the Car may not be immediately available and may take up to twelve (12) weeks for delivery. The Winner agrees to consult with the Dealer in respect of when their Car will be available for collection.
Prize Pool
31. The total prize pool for this Promotion is $73,188 cash and prizes (“Prize Pool”).
Identification
32. Any prize winner may be required to produce valid acceptable identification to a representative of the Promoter to confirm their eligibility to win a prize. Valid identification acceptable to the Promoter will be either one form of valid photographic identification (Passport or Australian driver’s licence) with an undamaged clearly visible photograph, or two other forms of non-photographic identification acceptable to the Promoter. A Random Selection Winner and a Car Draw Winner must also produce their Membership Card to confirm their eligibility to win a prize.
33. The Promoter reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements at its sole discretion in circumstances where the identity of a Random Selection Winner or a Car Draw Winner is determinable by a representative of the Promoter without the assistance of these or any other form of identification.
General
34. Directors, management and employees of the Echo Entertainment Group of companies (including any related body corporate as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. For the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate families’ of an employee means the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the employee. The Echo Entertainment Group comprises, but is not limited to the businesses of The Star, Jupiters Hotel & Casino and Treasury Casino & Hotel.
35. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for alternate prizes. Any tax liability or implication which attaches to a prize is the responsibility of the Winner claiming that Prize.
36. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or claimed (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death, and direct or indirect loss or damage due to negligence or technical or mechanical malfunction) by an entrant in relation to entering or participating in this Promotion or taking or using the prizes offered (except that which cannot be excluded by law) except where that loss, damage or injury was caused by breach of these terms and conditions by the Promoter or the wilful or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter. To avoid any doubt, the Promoter shall not be liable for loss caused by technical and mechanical malfunction which is outside the control of the Promoter.
37. Conduct of the entire Promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to enter and validity of entry and prizes, shall be the responsibility of, and at the absolute discretion of, the Promoter.
38. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, the Promoter reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue which is not inconsistent with these terms and conditions in its sole and absolute discretion.
39. While the Promoter intends to conduct the Promotion as offered, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the Promotion or a prize offered in the Promotion if it can no longer continue the Promotion or offer a prize due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
40. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or non-received entries. The Promoter does not guarantee the continuous or fault-free operation of the entry processes, including entry validating and receipting processes, during the Promotion. In the event of any technical difficulties with the Kiosk, the Promoter reserves the right to adopt a manual process of generating Entries.
41. Any entrant who tampers, or attempts to tamper, with the entry processes or tampers, or attempts to tamper with the processes used for the draws or who submits an entry which is not valid in accordance with these terms will be subject to disqualification at the discretion of the Promoter.
42. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity or advertising at the request of the Promoter. Participation in any such publicity or advertising is at the sole discretion of the relevant Selected Entrants. The names of Selected Entrants will not be published without their consent except as announced at the Draw Location.
43. Participation in the Promotion indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the Promotion. These terms and conditions will be available at the Absolute Rewards Desk and VIP Services Desk throughout the Promotion Period.
