Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companions must be at least [15] years of age and if
under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18
years of age or over while taking the prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or
legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information
about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18
years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to
conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the
required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be
deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any
parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under
18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to
the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in
the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the
Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner
for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companions to provide
proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or
their companions be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will
be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companions must be able to attend Elton John’s All
The Hits Tour in the Australian capital city in the entrant’s state of
residence on the following dates:
VIC Winners: Friday 11 December, 2015 – Rod Laver Arena,

NSW Winners: Saturday 19 December, 2015 – Qantas Credit
Union Arena, Sydney
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
Entrants (or their parent/legal guardian, where the entrant is under
18 years of age) must be able to collect the prize from the Promoter’s
premises in the state of the entrant’s ordinary residential address as
specified by the Promoter.

An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 9.00am (AEDST), on Monday 7 December,
2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 4.00pm (AEDST) on Friday 11
December, 2015.
Entry Method At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will nominate a featured song on air (Song);
(b) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 when
they hear the Song played on air;
(c) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, one (1) entrant
will be randomly selected by the Promoter (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (Selected Entrant).
The Selected Entrant will be invited to appear on air to be
awarded a prize;
(d) the Selected Entrant who successfully appears on air will be
awarded a prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion);
and
(e) each Selected Entrant who is awarded a prize will be asked by a
representative of the Promoter (off air) to provide their contact
details (including their ordinary residential address and Relevant
State) for the purposes of awarding the prize. **amend personal

If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is
otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line
drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide
to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and
inviting them to appear on air. The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and
ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative
of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a that
Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or
be awarded a prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on air
during the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a
prize.

Station Website on Friday 11 December, 2015.

Prize Delivery The prizes will be available for collection by the winner from the
Promoter’s premises (or by the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is
