Cardiff Rent-a-Car Cash Giveaway
1. The promoter is: ALL CAR CARE PTY LTD (ABN: 57 091 580 620) T/A Cardiff Rent-a-Car, whose registered office is at 336 Main Rd, Cardiff, NSW Australia.
2. Employees of ALL CAR CARE PTY LTD or their direct family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. Entrants must be aged above 18 years.
3. There is no entry fee necessary to enter this competition.
4. Details of how to enter are via
http://www.cardiffrentacar.com.au/cash. To enter, hire (& pay for the hire of) any vehicle from Cardiff Rent-a-Car any time within the competition period in point (5) below. All entrants will be required to submit their full name, as well as an email address & contact phone number.
5. Competition period: The competition opens on July 1, 2015 at 12am. Closing date for entry will be June 30, 2016 at 11:59pm. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
Customers must hire a vehicle & settle all accounts with Cardiff Rent-a-Car within the competition period to be eligible
Customers who breach the terms of their rental agreement with Cardiff Rent-a-Car will become ineligible to win
Competition entrants agree to have their first name & suburb of residence shared on social media & via email to contacts of Cardiff Rent-a-Car if they should win one of the four cash prizes.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. No alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Total competition cash giveaway value is AUD$6000. The $6000 will be awarded to four (4) separate winners of AUD$1500 - these winners will be chosen at random by software provided at
https://www.randompicker.com (Recorded on video for proof) from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents, at the following quarterly intervals:
July 1, 2015 - September 30, 2015 (Winner drawn & announced on October 1, 2015)
October 1, 2015 - December 30, 2015 (Winner drawn & announced on January 1, 2016)
January 1, 2016 - March 31, 2016 (Winner drawn & announced on April 1, 2016)
April 1, 2016 - June 30, 2016 (Winner drawn & announced on July 1, 2016)
12. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of our first notification attempt, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will notify the winner how the prize can be collected. The cash prize is redeemable for 12 months from July 1, 2016.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By hiring a vehicle from Cardiff Rent-a-Car during the competition period & entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Your contact details may also be used in follow up promotional communications from Cardiff Rent-a-Car such as email marketing & SMS marketing.
18. The winner’s name will be available 14 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 336 Main Rd, Cardiff NSW 2285
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
