After the Major Draws entries are chosen all entries in the small barrel are to be placed in the Large Barrel,

How to enter: By using your Members Card throughout the Club tickets are automatically
generated and by swiping when you enter the Club, put the ticket in the
barrel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PROXY a proxy is permitted for the Major Draw only BUT NOT for the six additional entries on major draw night
On Major draw night 6 additional entries will be drawn to join the previous entries for that month
The 6 entries will be chosen from the large promotional barrel at intervals of 4 minutes
The competition is open to members of Tewantin Noosa RSL Club being members who are aged 18 years and over.
Provisional members who enter the competition and fail to be elected to membership by the Board of the Club will not be eligible to win a prize.
The competition is not open to persons who have been excluded from membership to the Club.
The Club’s, subcontractors and staff are not permitted to enter the competition
The Club’s Board of Directors are permitted to enter all and any Club promotions for which entries are earned through purchasing of goods or playing of the gaming machines within the Club.
Tickets will be issued based on one ticket for every $10 in turnover on poker machines, $5 spent on food and beverage items in the Club, by joining the Club and by swiping at the foyer terminal once per day.
For the major draw, winners will be determined by drawing a winner from the barrel. The winner will have 4 minutes to present him or herself to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed a redraw will take place every 4 minutes until the prize is claimed. This process will continue until all prizes have been claimed.
All winners will be announced immediately over the Club’s PA system.
If for any unforeseen reason a technical problem with the ticket system occurs the Promoter reserves the right to delay
the draw with a reasonable amount of time (up to 1½ hours).
If in the event it is necessary to delay the time of the draw due to technical problems, the following statement will be
announced over the clubs pa: “Due to a technical problem with the ticket distribution system, the time for entry into the
draw will be extended (a time which is up to 1 ½ house from the time of the announcement) in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the promotion”
The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of
promoting and advertising.
The Promoter, including its employees, agents and contractors has no liability to any person or injury (including death),
loss of damage (including any liability arising out of any negligent act or omission of the Promoter) whatsoever,
howsoever arising in connection with competition
Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the selected winners.
Disqualification will be at the discretion of Tewantin Noosa RSL Club Management no correspondence will be entered
into.
Winners will be deemed as accepting the terms and conditions when signatures have been placed on relative forms
The Tewantin Noosa RSL’s decision with regard to the Terms and Conditions of any promotion is final. No
correspondence will be entered into.
