Prize home complies with council and covenant regulations and requirements, and is approved by appropriate authorities.
All travel prizes are subject to availability. Third prize, Singapore Airlines holiday travel voucher is with a Singapore Airlines travel agent and arrangements are to be made direct between the winner and agency, prior to travel. Travel must be between 1 April 2016 and 28 February 2017. Travel must be fully completed by 28 February 2017. Block out periods apply: 15 September 2016 – 19 September 2016; 19 December 2016 – 6 January 2017; 21 January 2017 – 5 February 20174. Gold Coast Holiday, Barossa Valley Holiday and Melbourne Holiday prizes must be booked through Travel Associates and must be redeemed within 12 months of nomination. Travel not permitted during school holiday periods. Airfares from the nearest capital city unless otherwise stated. REFUND POLICY
TeamKids Lottery is committed to providing customer satisfaction to all of our lottery supporters. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, TeamKids Lottery is not obligated to provide a refund for a ‘change of heart’ decision. Where we have made an error or there has been a genuine mistake made by the purchaser, tickets in the current Lottery may be returned and cancelled before the close of the Lottery for a full refund of the ticket price. All tickets not returned by the closing date will be valid for the draw and therefore able to win a prize so cannot be refunded. TeamKids lottery will only refund in Australian Dollars. The method of refund will be the same as the purchase except in the instance of cash payment. In the event that a ticket has been purchased with cash, the refund will be made with either cheque or direct deposit.
