A. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.

A. Yes, you can enter two of the same product barcodes as long as you have purchased 2 x of that particular product in the same transaction. You cannot purchase 1 x AYAM™ item and enter that barcode twice.

Q. What should I do if my barcode is unreadable?

Q. How many times can I enter?

A. You may enter as many times as you like provided that each entry contains two AYAM™ products, in one single transaction and you have proof of purchase. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize is permitted per household (excluding residents of SA). For example, individuals that purchase four (4) AYAM products in a single transaction will be eligible to receive two (2) entries, individuals that purchase six (6) AYAM products in a single transaction will be eligible to receive three (3) entries, etc.

Q. Do I need to keep a copy of my original purchase receipt to claim my prize?

A. You must retain your original purchase receipt/s as proof of a valid purchase during the Promotional Period. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may result in invalidation of ALL entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.

Q. Do I need to provide proof of age if I am a winner?

A. Yes, you are required to provide a copy of proof of age identification in order to claim your prize. Winners must produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winners’ identity, age, residential address, and eligibility to enter and claim a prize.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Individuals under the age of 18 must seek permission from their parent or guardian to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

There will be a draw conducted for the entries received each week (i.e. Monday to Sunday) of the Promotional Period (each a “Weekly Draw”), for a total of thirteen (13) Weekly Draws. There will also be one (1) Major draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). Entries into each Weekly Draw will open at 12.00 AEDST/AEST each Monday and close at 23.59 AEST/AEDST on the following Sunday each week of the Promotional Period (subject to the start and closing time of the Promotional Period). Non-winning entries in each Weekly Draw will be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draw/s and all entries (including winners in a Weekly Draw) will be entered into the Major Draw.

The first two (2) valid entries randomly drawn in the Major Draw will each win a trip for four (4) people to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia valued at up to AUD $17,948 each depending on date and point of departure (“Major Prize”). Each Major Prize consists of the following elements for four (4) people:

The following conditions apply to the Major Prize: All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel is valid until 31 March 2017. Block out periods include 20 June 2016 until 10 August 2016 and from 10 December 2016 until 25 January 2017 along with all other special event periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested departure dates. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices. No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Each winner and his/her companions must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Each winner and his/her companions are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.

If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to winner’s parent or legal guardian on the winner's behalf.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion.
