4. The Promotion commences at 00:01 am AEDT on 06 January 2016 to 23:59 AEDT on 19 January 2016 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
5. To enter the Promotion, a Cardholder must present and swipe their Card before paying for their purchases of spends of $50 or more at any Participating store during the Promotional Period. The $50 qualifying spend excludes purchases of smoking/tobacco products, gift cards, recharge, Woolworths Mobile, Tickets (bus, train, state based travel cards such as Opal etc) and Carpet Care.There is a limit of one entry per registered card holder per day during the Promotional Period.
6. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with one or more Registered Rewards Card is not permitted and will void all Promotion entries attributable to the Cardholder.

9. Each prize package comprises of:
a. Four (4) Return economy class flights from winner’s nearest Australian Capital City (If the winner resides in Victoria they will not receive this portion of the prize) to Melbourne with all airline and airport taxes included, valued at up to $3540
b. Return private transfer from the airport to accommodation, valued at up to $320
c. Two (2) nights hotel accommodation at the 4 star Crossley Hotel Melbourne in two (2) twin share rooms including daily breakfast, valued at up to $1780
d. Four (4) tickets to Woolworths Fresh Seats at Rod Laver Arena to see all the day matches for the specified date of their prize package, valued at up to $1680
10. Each Prize package is valued at up to $7320. Total prize pool is valued at up to $102,480.
11. Travel must be taken at the time specified by the Promoter and must coincide with the dates of the scheduled event. If a winner and travelling companions are, for whatever reason, unable to travel on a nominated date, or do not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
12. If the winner resides in Victoria then the flight & airport transfers component of the prize will not be included and the winner and their travelling companions will be responsible for making their way to and from Crossley Hotel Melbourne.
13. The winners (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges and all other ancillary costs.

14. If the winner/s is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
15. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at checkin to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are nonchangeable.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
16. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
17. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
18. If a prize winner does not claim their prize within 2 days from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draws as are necessary. The unclaimed prize draws and unclaimed prize winner contacting & publishing will occur as per the following table:
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
20. Entries must be received within the entry period times and dates as outlined in clause 4. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
21. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
22. If any particular draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the draw will be conducted on the following business day.
23. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
25. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
26. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given by regulatory authorities.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of these Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of the Woolworths Rewards Program, or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
28. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law). The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
29. Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose other obligations including statutory consumer guarantees which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limit extent. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all guarantees, warranties, conditions or other terms that apply under or are implied by statute, common law or trade custom or usage.
30. If in the conduct of this Promotion the Promoter is liable for a breach of any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or is implied by any other commonwealth, state or territory law that cannot be excluded, the promoter's liability under that legislation is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won.
31. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. The Promoter, Salmat Digital Pty Limited and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
32. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given by regulatory authorities.
33. Salmat Digital Pty Limited, on behalf of the Promoter, is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion (including but not limited to determining and notifying winner). The entrant's personal information may be disclosed to Salmat Digital Pty Limited for this purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur, please notify the Promoter.
34. You agree that we may use the facilities of a third party with whom you have separately contracted, for example, a third party’s social media platform, to communicate or administer a memberonly competition involving you. When we do this, you agree that any promotions terms required by that third party apply in addition to these terms and conditions, including that you completely release the third party from all claims relating to the promotion and that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the third party.
35. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Woolworths Rewards Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s first initial, surname and state of residence. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. If the Cardholder has optedin to marketing communications within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. If a Cardholder no longer consents to their details being used for future marketing communications, a Cardholder should contact the Promoter at the address below or by email at
