"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period.
Entrants must be at least 18 years or older.
Entrants must upload a file document of a bill that is in their full name.
Entrants must be residents of Queensland.
One entry per person.
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit the Website during the Online Registration Period, register their details, document file of their „bill‟ and answer the entry questions provided by the Promoter.
2. On each Contesting Day the Promoter will judge valid entries and choose up to but not limited to 10 entries as finalists.
3. The Promoter will call the first finalist on air to award them a dollar amount to pay for their „bill‟ as per the Prize Details. If the first finalist does not answer their phone they will be ineligible to win and the second finalist will be called. This process will continue until an eligible Major Prize winner is successful.
There will be maximum of one hundred (100) Major Prize winners.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability.
Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s), the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer, and there may be a time factor applied.
Inaudible, incomplete or incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
