WIN an Aromababy® Bath Time Gift Pack

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the WIN an Aromababy® Bath Time Gift Pack Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Promotion commences on 16 December 2015 at 10:01 am AEST and closes on 30 April 2016 at 11.59 pm AEST (Promotion Period).

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
A. Visit www.huggies.com.au;
B. Click on the promotion link;
C. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join online by following the prompts;
D. Complete the online entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
E. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 20 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry);
F. Simply fill in the entry form and share in 25 words or less: What is the one product from the Aromababy® range that you would love to try and why?; and
G. Submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button.

5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.

6. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.

7. There are four (4) entry periods during the Promotion Period. The first entry period commences on 16 December 2015 at 10:01am AEST and ends on 31 January 2016 at 11:59pm AEST (Entry Period 1). The second entry period commences on 1 February 2016 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 29 February 2016 at 11:59pm AEST (Entry Period 2). The third entry period commences on 1 March 2016 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 31 March 2016 at 11:59pm AEST (Entry Period 3). The fourth entry period commences on 1 April 2016 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 30 April 2016 at 11:59pm AEST (Entry Period 4).

8. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.

9. A panel of judges will choose the seven (7) best valid entries from all valid entries received during each entry period of the Promotion Period:

•   Entry Period 1: 16 December 2015 to 31 January 2016; Entries Judged: 12 February 2016
•   Entry Period 2: 1 February 2016 to 29 February 2016; Entries Judged: 11 March 2016
•   Entry Period 3: 1 March 2016 to 31 March 2016; Entries Judged: 8 April 2016
•   Entry Period 4: 1 April 2016 to 30 April 2016; Entries Judged: 13 May 2016

10. The seven (7) best valid entries in each entry period will each receive the Aromababy® Bath Time Gift Pack which includes four (4) products, valued at $87.80. Each winner will receive:

•   Pure Hair Cleanse™ – 2 × 250mL RRP $41.90
•   Bath Gel – 2 × 250mL RRP $45.90

There are four (4) entry periods, so a total of twenty-eight (28) winners for the Promotion Period.

The total prize pool is valued up to a maximum of $2,458.40.

11. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable). The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

12. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners’ names will be published on the Huggies Website.

13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.

16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.

17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

18. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 13 August 2016 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.huggies.com.au.

20. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from Huggies® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
