Entry is open to all Australian Residents aged 18 year or over who make a qualifying purchase of $150 or more in one transaction or New Business Customers who signup to an Office Choice Account during the promotional period. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Promotional Period - The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDST) on 18th January, 2016 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 31st March, 2016 ("Promotional Period").
To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, make a qualifying purchase either instore or online or New Business Customers who signup to an Office Choice Account. For each qualifying purchase you will receive 1 scratch card.

The Prize Selection. The Winner of the Major Prize draw will be flown to Sydney (if required). Two (2) return economy airfares, 1 night 3 star accommodation based on twin share to a maximum value of AU$1500 provided - flight associated taxes included) from their nearest Australian capital city and transported to the Office Choice Store at 82 Pitt Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 22nd April, 2016. At 12 noon the Winner may then select one Pen from a choice of 250 and will win that Prize i.e. One Pen will contain the Red Ink, and two hundred and forty-nine Pens will contain Blue. The maximum retail value of the prize is AU$1,000,000. The Winner is only eligible to win one prize. Maximum Prize Pool available is up to $1,011,500.00.
The contents of all pens will be revealed to the Winner after the Winner has chosen their prize. The chance of a Winner selecting the Grand Prize is one in two hundred and fifty. In the case that a Winner is unable to attend the 'pen selection' at the Promoter's office, they may appoint a proxy to attend and choose an envelope in their absence (a proxy request form would need to be completed).
Major Prize. If the Winner selects the Red Pen the $1,000,000 their prize will be in the form of a Bank Cheque or if a Blue Pen is selected the $5,000 Prize is picked this will be awarded via an EFT to the winners nominated account.
Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding the prize.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of the winner being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize winner is advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winning and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
