Just want to say, it pays to keep an eye out for your name on those winners' lists. A few months ago I did a search for my name and discovered I'd won a prize from a Taste magazine which I had never been notified about. I emailed Taste and we sent a few emails back and forth, with no eventual response. It wasn't until early this year that a rep was going through all these old emails and must have found my correspondence. She asked me if the matter had been resolved and I said no, but I had given up expecting anything (I was very polite) and she immediately contacted Kambrook to have my prize delivered...6 months after winning! It arrived today and I'm very pleased So the moral is...don't always assume the organisers will contact the winners of their competitions and search for your name every now and then! You may be pleasantly surprised!

Sorry to hear Chuck! It can be a real pain chasing them up! Sometimes you just get lucky with whichever customer service rep you're dealing with!
