WHEN WILL THE OFFER START AND END?
The offer starts at 9am (AEDT) on 18/01/16 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 28/02/16 (the Offer Period).
WHO CAN SUBMIT A CLAIM?
Only Australian residents aged 13 or over. If aged under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you participate in the offer.
DO I NEED TO BUY ANYTHING TO CLAIM?
Yes. During the Offer Period, you need to buy any two Bega Natural Cheese Slices, Stringers or Sticks products (from the list below) in one transaction from a retailer in Australia (Qualifying Purchase) (includes online purchases).

CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
After you have made a Qualifying Purchase you must during the Offer Period visit
www.bega.net.au (Website) and follow the links to fill out and submit the online claim form, including by providing the last 4 digits of the Qualifying Purchase product barcodes and all other requested information and make a payment of $4.40 for postage and handling by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal only. Personal cheques, money orders, Diners Club and any other payment methods cannot be used.
GIFT ALLOCATION
There are up to 360 gifts available to be claimed on each day of the Offer Period, with up to 15,120 available in total throughout the Offer Period. The first 360 valid claims received by the Promoter on each day of the Offer Period will each receive a gift.
If the daily gift allocation has been exhausted at the time you submit your claim, the Website will prompt you to return on the next day of the Offer Period for another opportunity to claim a gift, in accordance with the "Claim instructions" above. If fewer than 360 gifts are claimed on any day during the Offer Period, the Promoter may award any remaining gift/s at another time during the Offer Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and subject to demand.
GIFTS
Each gift is a child's lunch bag with a customisable front panel, valued at $15.
At the time of submitting a claim, you must follow the instructions to customise the front panel of the lunch bag. You are responsible for carefully checking your lunch bag customisation before submitting your claim. The Promoter is not liable for claimant error in this regard. See paragraphs 3 and 4 for further conditions and details regarding customising your lunch bag.
Your gift will be sent to the postal address you provided in your successful claim form.
TOTAL GIFT POOL
The total gift pool is up to $226,800.
HOW MANY GIFTS CAN I CLAIM?
Over the entire Offer Period, you can submit a total of up to 4 gift claims per household (based on Internet Protocol address and postal address). Each claim must be based on a separate Qualifying Purchase, a separate claim form and a separate $4.40 postage & handling payment.
HOW AND WHEN WILL SUCCESSFUL CLAIMANTS BE INFORMED?
If you are a successful claimant, you will be informed in writing on screen at the time of submitting your claim form.
MUST I KEEP ANYTHING TO VERIFY MY CLAIM?
You must keep your original Qualifying Purchase receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase. If you don't produce the proof of purchase for all claims when asked the Promoter may invalidate all of your claims and you will lose any right to a gift. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly identify the products purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Offer Period before you submitted your claim). If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any receipt/s with another person, your claims will be invalid and you will lose any right to a gift.

YOUR CLAIM
Your claim must be received during the Offer Period. Your claim is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter’s database. You will receive a return online message confirming your claim. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with claiming. If you claim using automatically generated entries or multiple aliases you may be disqualified.
GIFT CUSTOMISATION
The Promoter may review the customised design on each lunch bag, and may edit or reject any designs it deems inappropriate. The Promoter may use (or allow others to use) your lunch bag and any rights in relation to your lunch bag, to publicise this offer or for any other purpose. These rights are perpetual, royalty free, world-wide, irrevocable and transferable. For example, the Promoter may publish an image of all or any part of your customised lunch bag or any amended version of it.
You warrant that your lunch bag customisation does not breach any third party rights (for example, intellectual property rights) and its use by the Promoter or any other person will not breach such rights nor otherwise breach any law (for example, it is not defamatory, in contempt of court or in breach of any privacy law). Your lunch bag customisation must not be obscene, offensive, malicious, discriminatory, indecent or (in the Promoter's opinion) otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (for example it must not include language the Promoter deems offensive).
GENERAL
If you are a successful claimant, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name, customised lunch bag and image in any promotional or advertising activity.
If you or your claim are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your claim (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your claims) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your claims (including documentation establishing your identity, age and place of residence). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
You must not:
(a) tamper with the claim process;
(b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the offer;
(c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
(d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this offer;
(e) breach any law; or
(f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, gift claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
The Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this offer is final.
Gifts cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. The gift values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in gift value. You agree that if a gift is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
If this offer cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the offer or disqualify affected claims/claimants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you claiming a gift. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this offer results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this offer or any gift, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this offer are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of gifts. Gifts will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
The Promoter may communicate or advertise this offer using Facebook. However, the offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. You completely release Facebook from any and all liability.
