Things we learnt from The Intern: writer-director Nancy Meyers knows how to bring all the laughs, even while she thaws out the coldest of hearts (something we probably should have figured out in the ’90s after her gem, The Parent Trap). More importantly, we learnt there are definitely not enough hours in the day. The film stars Robert De Niro as Ben Whittaker, a 70-year-old widower who comes to intern for fashion entrepreneur and all-around baller, Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway). The two become an unlikely team as they both try to find the balance between work and home life. While we might not be running an enormous business any day soon, we share the feeling that life is too short to wasted it slouching about. Enter: the bike. Jules Ostin can be seen throughout The Intern cruising through the open plan office in Brooklyn on her pushy.
