The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Contesting Period Dates Weekdays only, between 18 January and 12 February 2016 (inclusive and excluding public holidays)
Times Between 6:00am and 4:00pm (ACDT)
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older, and, in line with the Entry Procedure outlined below, must be available to participate in
activity/activities as determined by the Promoter, throughout the Promotional Period.
Relevant State Entrants must be residents of South Australia.
Maximum Entries Multiple entries are permitted, but an individual entrant can only be determined as a Finalist a maximum of one (1) time
throughout the Promotional Period.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, during the Contesting Period:
1. telephone the station competition line following a broadcast cue to call;
2. following each Cue to Call, the first entrant who successfully calls the station competition line will be determined as a
Finalist.
Finalists will have the opportunity to win the Major Prize by:
1. Attending “Cat & Amos’ $50,000 Giant Skill Tester” ("Event") on Tuesday 16 February 2016 between 6:00am and
9:00am ACDT (location to be confirmed by the Promoter);
2. Upon arrival at the Event, each Finalist will be entered into a barrel draw by the Promotor (one valid entry per Finalist
only);
3. A draw will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details to determine one (1) Finalist (“Contestant”) to participate in
a giant skill tester game ("Game") at the Event, at a time specified by the Promoter.
4. In this Game, the Contestant will have three (3) chances to instruct a crane driver to manoeuvre Amos to select one (1)
prize from a pool of prizes. A time factor may be applied. The selected prize will have a corresponding number attached.
The corresponding prize to the corresponding number will be awarded to the Contestant and they will have the choice to
take or reject the selected prize as follows:
i. As part of Chance One, the Contestant will have the option to take or reject the selected prize. If they reject this
prize, they forego this winning and try again with Chance Two;
ii. As part of Chance Two, the Contestant will have the option to take or reject the selected prize. If they reject this
prize, they forego this winning and try again with Chance Three;
iii. As part of Chance Three, the Contestant will win the selected prize from Chance Three.
Finalists and the Contestant must follow the Promoter's instructions at all times. Failure to do so will result in the Promoter
disqualifying a participant from taking further part in the Game.
The Promoter’s decisions in all aspects of the Promotion, including in determining the Major Prize Winner, are final and no
correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Claim
Details
Prize Claim Date: the date of winning.
If the Major Prize is not claimed by the relevant Prize Claim Date, the Major Prize will be forfeited.
Additional Terms By entering this Promotion, all Entrants hereby acknowledge that the Event may be photographed and/or filmed for the
purposes of marketing and publicity.
All Finalists are responsible for making their own way to and from the Event on Friday 26 February 2016, and the Promoter is
not responsible for any costs associated with this travel.
All Finalists and other Event attendees will be required to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents
and/or promotional partners and suppliers at all times during the Event. Any individuals at the Event who fail to follow the
instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers may be asked to leave the
Event site, and may be disqualified from the Promotion.
A Finalist's/Contestant's continued participation in the Event is subject to any conditions or instructions imposed by the
Promoter, including (but not limited) in relation to any promotional or protective clothing or garments being worn, standards of
behaviour and adhering to the rules of the Game.
The location of the Event is at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Event location may change without prior warning. The
Promoter may request that the Finalists stand in a particular area/order and may provide reasonable instructions to the
Finalists, which the Finalists must abide by.
If the Promoter determines that the weather is unsuitable for the Event, the Promoter reserves the right to change the date
and/or time and/or location of the Event.
The Winner must provide all details requested by the Promoter, at the time requested, in order to be awarded the Major Prize.
Nomination of a Proxy
Should any Finalist be unavailable to attend the Event, they will have the opportunity to nominate one (1) Proxy to attend in
their place. In order to be eligible to act as a Proxy, an individual must be aged eighteen (18) years or older.
Any Finalist who chooses to nominate a Proxy must notify the Promoter in writing by no later than 11:00AM AEDT on Monday
15 February 2016, detailing their eligible Proxy’s full name, date of birth and contact details, and submitting the required
documentation to the Promoter.
Should a Finalist fail to nominate a Proxy by this deadline, and the Promoter deems - entirely at their discretion - that the
Finalist fails to attend the Event and/or fails to arrive at the Event in time; the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that
Finalist from the promotion.
In the instance that the Promoter determines – in their absolute discretion – that a person acting as a Finalist’s Proxy fails to
attend the Event and/or fails to arrive at the Event in time, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that Finalist from the
promotion.
In all instances, the Prize will be awarded to the Finalist and not the Proxy. Any negotiations made between a Finalist and
their Proxy in terms of splitting/sharing the Major Prize, will be made entirely independently of the Promoter, and the Promoter
will not be held responsible for any conflicts.
