Entrants and their companion must be 15 years of age or over. However, where an entrant is under 21 years of age, that entrant must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 21 years of age or over whilst taking the prize (if applicable).
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants must ensure that they have obtained the consent of their Nominated Person to enter the Promotion and provide their Personal Contact Number to the Promoter.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize by Thursday March 30th 2017 and must give prize provider a minimum of 90 days’ notice prior to their nominated departure date. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize cannot be taken over Christmas, new year, valentine’s day, school holidays, award ceremonies or public holidays in the country.

Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
The prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the prize. If the winner and/or their companion is unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into the United States of America (USA), the winner may forfeit the prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the prize.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as defined above) between 2pm AEDT and 10pm AEDT between Monday February 8th 2016 and Friday February 12th 2016 and in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to a message bank, the entrant consents to the Promoter broadcasting that entrant's voicemail message including their full name and/or business name live on air.
Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that their whole voicemail message may be broadcast on-air during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that may ordinarily answer their Personal Contact Number in the entrant's absence to be broadcast live on-air if that third party answers the relevant phone live on-air. If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that entrant may not be eligible for the prize as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
The promotion begins at 5pm AEDT on Friday February 5th 2016.
Entries into the promotion close at 2pm AEDT on Thursday February 11th 2016.
