The Promoter is Secrets Group Pty Ltd ABN 28 154 731 772 of PO Box 1670, Noosaville BC, QLD 4566, Australia ("Promoter"). The Promotion will be open from 1.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 and will continue until 1.00pm AEST on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 ("Promotion Period"). The entry must be: the original, independent creation of the entrant; and free from any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties. Judging for the prize  will commence on Wednesday, February 16, 2016. The Eligible Entrant deemed by the Judges, in the Judges’ sole and absolute discretion, to have the most creative valid Eligible Entry will receive from the Promoter the following prize: Choice of 1 x Secrets 10CT White, Yellow or Rose Gold Tennis Bracelet. In determining the most creative entries the Judges will look at how entertaining and creative the entries are (without being inappropriate). The Prize is not exchangeable, transferrable and is not redeemable for cash.  All other costs associated with the Prize, are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. By entering the Promotion, the entrant understands and agrees and warrants they understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by the entrant on the terms and for the purposes of the promotion (including marketing). If the entrant would like to access or correct the personal information that the Promoter holds about the entrant, or if the entrant does not wish the information to be disclosed, the entrant should advise the Promoter by phoning the Promoters head office on +61 7 5474 0008. By entering into the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant agrees and acknowledges and warrants that they understand and agree that:they may be contacted by the Promoter to provide comments about the competition and the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter or media press contacts) may take photos or video footage of them; the Promoter may use such comments or photos or videos (the "Materials") for the Promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them; the Promoter may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the Materials as the Promoter wishes at any time, anywhere, and by any means.  The Promoter may license, authorise or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same; they grant to the Promoter on creation of the Materials a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable licence to use the Materials for whatever purpose; they unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any of their moral rights in the Materials (as defined in Part IX of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)) and present and future rights of a similar nature conferred by statute anywhere in the world whether occurring before or after this consent is given ("Moral Rights"); they waive all Moral Rights in the Materials that arise outside Australia; and they agree not to institute, maintain or support any claim or proceeding for infringement of their Moral Rights in the Materials. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the Prize.
