For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred
to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Victorian residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to
enter. However employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to
enter. This includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces
and nephews of employees.
Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their relatives
are ineligible to enter. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners,
uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers.
These terms and conditions will be available from the reception desk at ACE Radio, 95 Timor
St, Warrnambool, VIC 3280 and can be downloaded from the websites at

1. COMPETITION DETAILS:
Entry Opens: Friday 19th of February 2016
Entry Closes: Thursday 7th of April, 2016
Major Draw: Friday 8th of April 2016
2. METHOD OF ENTRY:
Over the above entry period, people will be encouraged to visit
www.coast.com.au or
www.3yb.com.au and fill out the common online entry form for the “Bucket List” Promotion.
Entry is open 24hrs a day throughout the duration of the promotion, Friday 19th of February
2016 to Thursday 7th of April 2016. Entry is free.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database not at the
time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter
includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or
damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in
entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and/or redeeming
a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s
responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in
an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
From Mon 22 February a competition call will be made each weekday Monday to Friday from
the pool of online entries. Each caller will be put onair on 3YB or with CoastFM and given the
option of going into the draw for the Bucket List item they have selected on the website or
changing the item for another prize on the 3YB website (please see items listed).
We will be drawing one entry from pool per day during the competition period. We will have a
total of 30 entries.
Once the entrant has selected an option, this option is binding and cannot be reversed and is
not available to any other entrants.
After the final competition call, all entrants who selected the prizes will be place into the final
draw to be held on Friday 8th of April, 2016.
3. GRAND DRAW
The prize draw will be held on Friday 8th of April, 2016 at 8.20am at the 3YB Studios Coast
FM 95 Timor Street, Warrnambool. One name will be drawn at random from the pool of 30
entries and that person will be deemed the winner of the prize they nominated during their
Bucket List competition call.
4. PROXYS
If a daily winner does not provide a proxy ACE Radio representative will provide the proxy. A
written letter of authority will be required from any person that chooses to nominate a proxy. In
the case that a person who has been nominated as a proxy is the winner, the winner will be
deemed to be the original winning recipient.
5. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
The prize winner will be notified:
(a) on air at the time of winning;
(b) by telephone;
(c) in writing;
(d) The name of the winner will also be published online at
www.coast.com.au and
www.3yb.com.au from Friday 8th of April, 2016.
6. TOTAL PRIZE VALUES
Dependent on item selected by winning entry (please see attached list).
Value will not exceed $20,270.00
