Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion, each entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion begins at 9.00am (AEDT) on 12 February 2016 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 6 April 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promotion may be advertised through the Promoter, its advertising agencies, marketing affiliates, the Sponsors and selected charities.
Entry is free and is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 but excludes employees, directors, management, licensees and contractors of the Promoter, AHG, the Sponsors, or their related bodies and advertising agencies, as well as any child, parent, spouse or sibling of any such ineligible entrant (“Eligible Entrant”).
Each Eligible Entrant receives one entry into the draw by submitting their details and accepting the terms and conditions on any one of the entry pages for the Promotion during the Promotion Period, located at:

The prize is a new 2016 JEEP Cherokee Blackhawk valued at $48,301.00 (including all compulsory on-road costs).
The prize must be collected by the winner of the Promotion, at an agreed time within 28 days of the draw, from an AHG dealership location as agreed between the winner and AHG.
The prize outlined above must be taken as stated. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferrable. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs that may be incurred by the winner, including for any dealership upgrades requested by the winner.
The draw will be conducted at 10.00am (AEST) on 8 April 2016 at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, Erina NSW 2250. The first randomly drawn entry will win the Promotion.
In the event that the first entry is invalid (due to false, incorrect or incomplete details, not fulfilling the entry requirements), a further entry will be drawn at random. This will continue until a valid winning entry is drawn.
The winner will be notified by email and by telephone within 1 business day of the draw. The winner’s name and suburb will be published on the Promoter’s website nbl.com.au on 12 April 2016 for at least 28 days.
If the prize is not claimed by the winner within 1 month of the draw, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw at 10.00 am (AEST) on 08 July 2016 at the same location as the original draw as necessary to award the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authorities.
The winner of the re-draw will be notified by email and by telephone within 1 business day of the re-draw. The winner’s name and suburb will be announced on the Promoter’s website nbl.com.au by 12/07/2016.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrants’ identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Entry into the promotion is deemed as approval to use the winner’s name(s) and photograph(s) for publicity purposes. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of publicising this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products and/or services supplied by the Promoter or by AHG.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
Privacy Notice: The Promoter collects your personal information so you can enter, and the Promoter can administer, this promotion. Your personal information is required for the Promoter to contact you in the event that you submit the winning entry. The Promoter and AHG may also use your information for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter, to AHG, and their related corporate bodies for these purposes.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
