The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules. The Promoter may promote the
Promotion prior to 29 February 2016.
Contesting Period Dates Various days determined by the Promoter between Monday 29 February 2016 and Wednesday 23 March 2016
(some days may be excluded)

"Contesting Day" means an individual day during the Contesting Period. "Contesting Segment" means an individual
Contesting Segment on a Contesting Day.
Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 21 years or older.
Entrant must have a current, valid Australian passport and be able to travel to New York, USA in June 2016.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of Victoria.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like, however once an entrant has been determined as a Finalist, they must not
continue to attempt to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, on a Contesting Day:
1. Listen to the “Fifi & Dave” breakfast show to get the daily clue (“Clue”) revealing the title and broadcast time of that day’s
winning song (“Winning Song”).The Winning Song will serve as the daily cue to call (“Cue to Call”). The broadcast time
revealed within each Clue is indicative only, and due to live broadcast schedules, may differ by up to fifteen (15) minutes
either side of the broadcast time announced within the Clue.
2. Call the station competition line following the broadcast of a Cue to Call.
3. Be selected by the Promoter as a Finalist to receive one (1) entry in the Major Prize draw.
A maximum of seventeen (17) Finalists will be determined throughout the Contesting Period.
At the end of the Contesting Period, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance with Draw Details to determine one (1)
Major Prize winner.
Should the Promoter broadcast the Winning Song more than once on any Contesting Day, only the time compliant with the
Clue will serve as the Cue to Call, and calls received for subsequent spins of the song will not be accepted as eligible entries
into the competition.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging Criteria to determine Finalists: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability or as
otherwise specified. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s), the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an
answer, and there may be a time factor applied.

additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the
winner. Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time
using the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary
travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or
extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the
expense of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation,
delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any travelling
companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as
relevant). The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received
appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the
travel destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
Winner and companions must each be in possession of a valid Passport with a minimum of 6 (six) months validity on it prior
to departure.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or
conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Notification of
Winners
Winner/s will be notified via phone at the time of/immediately after winning, and in writing within two (2) working days of being
determined.
Publication Details Winners will be published on Friday 1 April 2016 on the Website for 28 days.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: Friday 29 April 2016
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize.
Additional Terms Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may reveal clues and hints at its absolute discretion.
