How would you like the Newcastle Jets to visit your Primary school?
Throughout the Hyundai A-League 2015/2016 season the Newcastle Jets will be visiting from 30 Primary Schools for a Jets: Learn session, each consisting of an hour of coaching and football fun. Class visits will consist Teams of 4 players will vivist your school for a 1 hour visit and football clinic.
Each lucky student participating in the program, will score a Greater/Jets co-branded football, A3 Jets/Greater community autograph poster AND 2 x free tickets on behalf of The Greater to attend the upcoming Jets match post the visit!

For your chance to have a 'Jets: Learn Squad' at your Primary School we want you to ‘Decorate Your Gate’ – Primary School classes will be invited to decorate their school gate by creating a sign in support of The Jets and submit your photo and details below!
- All entries must include the submission of an image of the class demonstrating why they should receive a visit from the Jets players including:
1. A reference to The Greater 2. A reference to the Newcastle Jets 3. NXFM’s logo
- Entrants must be 18+ and must be a representative of a school and class (e.g. a teacher).- photos must not show any students or other people
- One school is allowed to have several different entries/signs, e.g. several classes may enter separately

Entry Restrictions Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and must be an authorised representative (e.g. a teacher) of a Newcastle and
Hunter Valley Primary School ("School") and of a class containing students aged 13 and under ("Class"). The Promoter will
determine, in its absolute discretion, (and may seek confirmation from an entrant and/or School) whether an entrant is deemed
to hold the relevant and necessary authorisations to be considered a valid entrant.
Entrants must have the necessary approvals from the management of the School in relation to their participation in this
Promotion, and any participation of the School, Class or students in a prize experience.
Entrants must be able to take the prize with their Class at the School on the date specified by the Promoter.
Relevant State(s) Entries are restricted to authorized representatives of a School in NSW in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley telephone
exchange area.
Maximum Entries Multiple entries are permitted, however an entrant and a Class are only eligible to redeem one (1) Prize in the Promotion.
Multiple unique entries are permitted from the same School.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, during the Online Registration Period:
1. Create a sign in support of the Newcastle Jets and include on the sign a reference to The Greater Building Society, The
Newcastle Jets and NXFM ("Sign").
2. Display the "Sign" on the front gate of the school and take a photo of it in-situ. There must be NO students or any other
persons shown in the photo.
3. Visit the Website, register their Class/School and upload the photo of the Sign being displayed on the School’s front gate.
4. The Promoter will judge valid entries received in order to determine the Winners.
The Promoter reserves the right to contact an entrant or a School at any time throughout the Promotional Period to obtain
further details relating to an entry, Sign, School or Class. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify or invalidate an entrant,
Class or School at any time and for any reason in respect of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to display and to
remove photographs from the Website at any time in its absolute discretion and for any reason.
Judging Details All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on eligibility, creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability. From time to time,
NXFM may invite representatives of The Greater or The Newcastle Jets to contribute to the judging process.

Winners
Winners will be notified by email or by telephone within five (5) working days of being determined.
Publication Details Winners will be published on the Website for 28 days from the date of determination.
Prize Claim Details Prizes must be claimed on the date of notification.

Arrangements
If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, a further
selection shall take place as soon as possible in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Additional Terms In order for students to take part in a Prize experience, each student's parent/legal guardian must agree to the visit and all
terms and conditions specified, including signing any documents requested by the Promoter.
