TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is BOC Limited, 10 Julius Avenue, North Ryde, 2113, New South Wales, Australia. ABN 95 000 029 729.
3. To enter, eligible participants must be BOC account holders purchase an F3 VIPR (product codes & descriptions below) from BOC between 23rd November 2015 and 30th April 2016. Each order of F3 VIPRs during this time frame, goes into the draw.

4. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who are over the age of 18.
5. Employees and their immediate families of BOC Limited and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
6. Entries must comply with these conditions of entry to be valid.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
9. The Promotion period commences on 23rd November 2015 at 12:00am and closes 30th of April 2016 at 5:00pm.
10. The draw will take place on 10th May 2016 at 10am at BOC Limited, 10 Julius Avenue, North Ryde, 2113.
11. Winners will be notified in writing and telephone. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.
12. The winner of the competition will also be published in the classified section of The Australian Newspaper by 17th May 2016.
13. Prizes for this competition include:
- 1st prize of $AU4000 on a Flight Centre Travel Group Gift Card
- 2nd prize of $AU1000 on a Flight Centre Travel Group Gift Card
14. The total prize package is valued at $5,000.00 AUD
15. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
16. The first prize of $4000 on a Flight Centre Travel Group Gift Card will be supplied in denominations of the winner’s choice as long as they meet the Terms and Conditions set by Flight Centre Travel Group.
17. The second prize of $1000 on a Flight Centre Travel Group Gift Card will be supplied in denominations of the winner’s choice as long as they meet the Terms and Conditions set by Flight Centre Travel Group. 1

21. All prices quoted are the recommended retail value (where applicable) as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.

23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the price values.
24. In the event that the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value subject to relevant state and territory regulations.
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
26. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details, including postal details are correct at the time of entry.
27. Any costs associated with entering the competition are the entrant’s responsibility.
28. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or inconsequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
29. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for tampering with the entry process, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
30. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of participating service providers.
31. If the initial competition winner cannot be contacted by the 17th of August 2016, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at BOC Limited, 10 Julius Avenue, North Ryde, 2113 on the 19th August 2016 at 10am in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed. The winner of the redraw will be notified in writing and telephone. The re-draw winner will also be published in The Australian newspaper by 30th August 2016.
32. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at BOC Limited, 10 Julius Avenue, North Ryde, 2113 as necessary within 7 days of the secondary draw date in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed.
33. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
