Buffs Club – Win a Jetski Promotion
• Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants
accept these conditions.
• The Buffs Club encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised
to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research
Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines. A full version of the Guidelines is available at
http://www.alcoholguidelines.gov.au.
• Entry is open to all currently financial Buffs Club Members aged 18 or over. Does not include currently
suspended members
• The competition begins at 8am on Monday 21st March and closes at 2pm on Saturday 4th June 2016
(Competition Period).
• To enter, consumers must, during the Competition Period: (a) Purchase any product valued at $10 or
more to receive one entry ticket per $10 spent. (b) Members will receive 1 free entry ticket for every
$10 worth of turnover (c) All member’s entries will be automatically register through Max Gaming (d)
Members must be Financial to enter the promotion and show proof of membership with a valid
Membership Card.
• Total possible prize of a Sea Doo Spark 90HP 2UP and accessories is valued at $12 158.65 plus $2000
cash if present at the draw.
• A draw will be conducted at 2pm & 5pm on 4th June 2016. The winner must be present at the draw to
be eligible to claim the prize. The draw will be conducted using the Max Gaming Draw system. The
winner will have two minutes to present their membership card and photo ID. If the initial winner is
not present, further draws will be conducted until a winner is present and meets the outlined
requirements stated in these terms and conditions.
• If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the Promoter reserves the
right to discard that entry and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further
valid entry. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity
and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the
Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
• The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including,
without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage,
personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s
negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by
law).
• The winners name and photographs will be published The Buffs Club website, Facebook and internal
advertising systems.
• The Buffs Club may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation
in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry
process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a
disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
• The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Buffs Club
accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
