7. Promotion commences on 14/04/2016 at 10:00 am -- entries can be received from this date. Entries close on 04/05/2016 at 10:00 am. The winning entries will be selected at Done Dirt Cheap DVD Head office on 05/05/2016. Winners will be notified by phone or email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Prize winners will win the DVD prize-pack pictured.
9. To receive the prize, winners must be a registered member of Done Dirt Cheap DVD. If you are not a registered member, upon winning, you can join your nearest store to collect your prize.
10. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
11. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges are possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or anything else.
12. Any change in the value of prizes made between the publishing date and the date when prizes are claimed, is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
13. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those that form part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as necessary in order to distribute any prizes that remain unclaimed. This is however, subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming regulations 1993 (SA).
