8. Entry Restrictions
a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of
entry.
b) Entrants must be able to collect the prize from the
Australian Radio Network, Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood
Street, Richmond, VIC 3121. Prizes cannot be posted.
9. How to enter Online entry:
Participants must visit gold1043.com.au during the Competition
Period and fully complete the online entry form and answer the
question, ‘When have you hit a hole in one in life?’ In 25 words or
less in order to enter.
(a) All valid entries received will be placed into a random
electronic prize draw.
(b) The Promoter will select 1 (one) entry and that entrant will
be deemed as the winner and receive a $4,000 (four
thousand AU dollars) House of Golf Voucher.
10. Limitation on entries Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish,
however entrants may only win one prize.

Draw: Monday 2 May 12:00PM AEST. Australian Radio Network,

13: Prize Details There is 1 (one) prize to be won, as follows:
(a) Prize: 1 (one) $4,000 (four thousand AU dollars) House of
Golf Voucher to be used at the House of Golf, Melbourne.
The voucher is redeemable against the items below, up to $3,500
RRP (three thousand, five hundred AU dollars) and a tailor made
golf club fitting, up to $500 (five hundred AU dollars).

Any money remaining on the voucher cannot be redeemed on
other good, or exchanged for cash and must be used in one
transaction.
The voucher is valid at stores which have the tailor made
technology in Melbourne only and the winner must go to the
designated stores in order to redeem their prize. The cost of
travel to the store not included in the prize.
Voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue as specified
on the voucher.

The prize voucher must be claimed by 17:00PM AEST Monday 1
August 2016 or the prize will be forfeited.
19. All expenses associated with attending the House the Golf are the
responsibility of the winner.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials
for the purposes of conducting the competition and for
marketing and promotional purposes.
