3. Entry is open to Queensland residents only and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of Entry.
4. Macquarie Media Ltd employees, Fairfax Radio employees, Hilton employees, Singapore Airline employees, Nine Entertainment Co employees and their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
5. There will be a total of one (1) prize to the value of up to $14,000 available for listeners to win via on air, cue-to-call mechanic.
6. The prize must be redeemed by dates set out in the Prize T&Cs. Details of Prize:
6.1. The prize, for two (2) adults to travel and is as follows:

Five (5) nights accommodation for two (2) adults in a standard room at London Hilton on Park Lane, 22 Park Ln, London W1K 1BE, United Kingdom. Redemption date and room type is subject to availability. Must be redeemed by 30th May 2017. Black-out dates: 1st June 2016 to 20th August 2016, and 1st December 2016 – 31st December 2016.
One (1) night accommodation for two (2) at the London Hilton - Heathrow Airport (to be used post-stay, the day before travelling back to Australia), Terminal 4, Hounslow, TW4 3AF, United Kingdom, subject to availability. Redemption date and room type is subject to availability. Must be redeemed by 30th May 2017. Black-out dates: 1st June 2016 to 20th August 2016, and 1st December 2016 – 31st December 2016.
Total prize value is up to $14,000
6.2 Validity & conditions:
Travel must be on Singapore Airlines operated services only from Brisbane to London return.
The tickets are for travel in Economy Class Brisbane-Singapore-Brisbane and Premium Economy Class Singapore-London-Singapore.
The tickets must be used in conjunction with one another i.e. the two tickets that make up this prize cannot be used individually.
The tickets must be issued at least 30 days prior to departure and all travel must be completed on or before 30 November 2016.
Changes are not permitted after ticketing.
Travel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Travel is not permitted during School Holidays.
Any portion of the tickets that remain unused after the expiry date shall be deemed null and void.
The tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of departure.
Failure for any reason to utilise the tickets within the specified dates will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
Any accommodation whether by choice or circumstance is at the recipient's own expense or may be provided by Radio 4BC.
The tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-upgradeable and non-redeemable for cash.
The recipient is responsible for all travel costs to and from the point of departure, all meals, beverages, accommodation, extra activities, spending money, travel insurance, passports, visas, government taxes, airport charges, surcharges, airport transfers, freight, excess baggage, all other ancillary costs and compliance with any health or other government requirements or any other incurred expenses.
Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure they and any accompanying persons hold valid passports and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
No Frequent Flyer miles (irrespective of the frequent flyer programme subscribed to) will be accrued as part of this prize and is not applicable for redemption upgrade.
Singapore Airlines' Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Carriage (as amended, supplemented, modified or replaced from time to time) apply.
Singapore Airlines, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Singapore Airlines will not be liable for any taxation, including FBT that may be levied as a result of winning.
*Total estimated prize value may fluctuate due to time of year trip is taken.
The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s).
7. Mechanics
Watch for the daily Codeword revealed during Nine News airing on Channel 9 at 6pm, Monday 25th April 2016 to Friday 29th April 2016, and Monday 2nd May 2016 to Thursday 5th May 2016.
Listen to Brisbane Live on Radio 4BC from 3-6pm, weekdays from the 25th of April to the 6th of May for the opportunity to supply the codeword and enter the draw.
Entries accepted 3pm to 6pm AEST Monday 25th April 2016 until Friday 6th May 2016.
A valid Entrant will be randomly selected to win the prize on the 6th of May 2016 during Brisbane Live, 3pm to 6pm AEST.
8. The prize(s) can take up to three months to be fulfilled.
9. Prize will be delivered to the winner either by a voucher (collected 77 Southgate Avenue, Cannon Hill Qld 4170) OR via letter.
10. 4BC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted within a three month period after the competition has been drawn, 4BC will conduct a second chance draw on Monday August 6th 2016 at 9:00am AEST.
12. If any prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
13. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
14. No alternative prizes will be offered.
15. Prize winners should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
16. All prize winners and contestant release from, and indemnify 4BC and Macquarie Media Ltd against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income and/or personal injury.
17. All information collected will be kept private by Radio 4BC and Singapore Airlines.
18. Radio 4BC reserves the right to request winners provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
19. The use of false name or address, ie name by which the entrant is not usually known will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
20. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
21. 4BC reserve the right to refuse the allocation of a minor or major prize should an individual prize winner have won any prizes more than once within the following periods:
I. For prizes less than $500 – no more than once every 30 days
II. For prizes between $501 - $1,000 – no more than once every 6 months
III. For prizes over $1,000 – no more than once per 12 months
If an individual prize winner has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach of the rules and the prize will not be awarded.
22. 4BC has the right to ban competition winners from entering other 4BC competitions that they deem have broken the rules of the general prize giveaways for a period of 12 months. The winner will be advised of this in writing after the entrant has been disqualified.
23. 4BC reserves the right to revoke a prize if deemed necessary.
24. Notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, 4BC reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
25. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
