Win your Mum a $10,000 shopping spree! Competition Terms and Conditions
1.Instructions on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions are to prevail.
2.The promoter is Community Newspaper Group Ltd (ABN 13 009 128 081) of 34 Stirling St, Perth Western Australia 6000 (“CNG”) telephone 9237 1000.
3.This competition is sponsored by Vicinity Custodian Pty Ltd ACN 077 870 243 as trustee for VCX Property Management Trust ABN 21 969 875 489 of Galleria Shopping Centre, located at 4 Collier Road, Morley WA 6062 (Galleria).
4.Participants in the competition will be deemed to abide by these conditions of entry.
5.Participants agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes.
6.The promoter may appoint judges and the judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7.Participation is open to residents of Western Australia who fulfil the participation requirements.
8.To enter participants must go to communitynews.com.au, follow the links to enter the competition and complete all the required details by 5pm on 02 May, 2016.
9.Participants may only enter once. Additional entries will be deemed invalid.
10.The total prize pool is valued at $10,000 and consists of: 5x $2000 gift cards to be awarded to the winner’s mum, for use at Galleria, 4 Collier Road, Morley.
11.The prize is supplied by Galleria and is not redeemable for cash or valid for any other shopping locations.
12.Cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation and will not be replaced in the event of theft, damage or loss.
13.Cards are valid at shops within Galleria Shopping Centre that have eftpos facilities and accept gift cards.

16.The winner of the competition will be selected by random choice on 3 May 2016, at Community Newspaper Group, Perth.
17.The winner must provide valid contact details to be eligible to win. Prizes not collected with 3 months will be deemed forfeited unless agreement is reached with the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to have no correspondence.
18.The Promotion is open to all residents of Western Australia except employees, contractors, agents of Community Newspaper Group Ltd and Galleria, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of Community Newspaper Group Ltd and Vicinity Limited or related body corporate and their immediate families; tenants in Galleria and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, includes their directors.
19.The promoter, Galleria and the judges will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained, in connection with this competition, the use of the prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the promoter, Galleria or the judges or their respective agents, employees and contractors.
20.Galleria accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize.
21.Galleria accepts no responsibility for the warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of redeeming the prize, which will remain the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier of the goods or services obtained.
22.13 A) By entering the competition, you consent to the collection of your details and acknowledge that Community Newspaper Group may, at its discretion, disclose and use these details for the purpose of providing you with goods and services, communicating with you, planning, research, product and business development and sales, promotional or editorial purposes. The details will also be used to investigate complaints, as required or permitted by law, to enable Community Newspaper Group to perform its obligations to you under this or any other agreement and to ensure that you perform your obligations under this or any agreement.
