Request to become a Black Pepper VIP Member and supply your email address and/or mobile number for a chance to win and sign up for promotional emails from Black Pepper, Breakaway, Equus & Yvonne Black. 3. Fill out the details on the entry form and submit to your Black Pepper store to enter the competition
4. Competition runs from Monday 18 April - Monday 9 May 2016
5. 8 winners; one from each state (where there is a Black Pepper store) will be drawn at random on 16 May
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. This competition is a game of chance and winners will be randomly selected.
4. The competition commences on Monday 18 April 2016 at 09:00 (AEST) and concludes on Monday 9 May 2016 at 17:30 (AEST) (the “Promotional Period”). All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place on Monday 23 May at Breakaway Apparel Pty Ltd, 17 Hardner Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria 3149 (“BA”) at 14:00 (AEST).
5. The competition will be advertised via our website
www.blackpepper.com.au and on the Black Pepper Facebook page.
6. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
7. Each entrant is only permitted to enter the competition once.
8. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
9. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
10. Entries must be received by 17:30 (AEST) on Monday 9 May 2016. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter’s database, and not the entrants’ record of time. The Promote accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the competition which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition and/or the Promoter.

14. The prize will be a $500 (AUD) Good Food Gift Card. Vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions which are stated on the voucher.
15. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
16. The winners will be notified within two (2) days of the draw and the winners’ names will be published on our website and Facebook page. Judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
19. All expenses associated with entry into this competition and redeeming the prize are the sole responsibility of the entrants.
20. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
21. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.

23. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not claim the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
24. In the event that any prizes are unclaimed within 3 months of the draw such prizes will be re-drawn. An unclaimed prize determination will take place at Breakaway Apparel Pty Ltd of 17 Hardner Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria, 3149 on 23 August 2016 at 14:00 (AEST) in accordance with the laws of the State or Territory from where the winning entry of the unclaimed prize originated. The winners will be notified by phone within two days of the unclaimed prize draw and will also be notified of their prize in writing.
25. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
26. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law unless it is negligent. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
27. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
28. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
