Entry Instructions
To enter, entrants must:
(a) Be the owner of a property in the Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) area; and
(b) Book an appraisal with Ray White Caboolture or Ray White Burpengary by, requesting an appraisal online and
(c) Have a free appraisal of the property which they own within Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) area conducted by Ray White Caboolture or Ray White Burpengary, and list for sale with Ray White Caboolture or Ray White Burpengary prior to the competition draw date, between the dates of 30th March 2016 and 31st May 2016
Conditions
WHO MAY ENTER
1.1 Who meet these criteria:
Entrants must own at least one (1) property in The Moreton Bay Regional council area. For an entry to be valid, entrants must arrange for a free appraisal of the property they own within the Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) area and have it conducted by Ray White Caboolture or Ray White Burpengary between the dates of 30th March 2016 and 31st May 2016 and list for sale with Ray White Caboolture and Ray White Burpengary prior to the competition draw 31st May 2016.
Sufficient proof of ownership of the property may be required by Ray White Caboolture or Ray White Burpengary prior to conducting the appraisal.
1.2 Minimum age: 18 years
1.3 Excluded entity / entities beyond Promoter and involved agencies:
Employees, suppliers and licensees of Ray White Caboolture & Ray White Burpengary
NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER ENTRANT
1.4 Maximum number of entries per entrant
Each entrant can submit one (1) entry per property they own, provided that each entry is submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions.
DURATION
1.5 Commencement time: 12.00am
1.6 Commencement date: 30/03/2016
1.7 Closing time: 4.00pm
Closing date: 31/05/2016
OTHER TERMS
1.8 The promoter reserves the right of refusal to perform the 5 hours lawn mowing should the promoter believes the property is unsafe.
The Promoters decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner to claim their prize or if the winner is unable to accept the prize then the winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and it shall be awarded to the next runner up in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits the prize. Any decision made by the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Promoter’s decision.
By entering this competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these terms and conditions.
