TERMS AND CONDITIONS:Information on how to enter this competition (hereafter referred to as the “competition” or “promotion”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia provided only that employees and their immediate families of Woolworths Limited and their related companies and agencies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain approval from their parent or guardian before entering. By providing approval, a parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions. If a winner is aged under 18, the Promoter reserves the right to liaise with the parent or guardian in relation to the prize, in its absolute discretion.
The competition commences on 02.05.16 at 00.01 (AEST) and concludes on 05.06.16 at 23.59 (“Promotional Period”).

This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter, its associated agencies and Disney against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future Promoter’s or their agents book publications, promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the Entrant. The Promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prizes are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing.
Judging will take place on 10.06.16 at the Promoter’s offices at 1 Woolworths Way Bella Vista NSW 2153. The judging will be carried out by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
Winners will be notified by telephone on 17.06.16 via the number provided when populating the competition form and will be asked to confirm for their full name and address to which the prize should be sent.
Each winning entrants first initial, surname, suburb or city of residence and state of residence will be published on Big W’s website at

The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the competition can no longer take place for any reason.
Prizes will be sent by courier to the winner's nominated address and will require a signature on delivery. Neither the Promoter, Disney, nor any of their affiliates or associated agencies are responsible for loss or damage of parcels sent using the courier service.
Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not claim an element of the prize by 22.06.16 then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
All entries become the property of the Promoter and entries will not be returned. All winning entries will be entered into a database. With the consent of the winner, the Promoter may use the winner's full name and other details for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid to the winner.
The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law). Neither the Promoter nor its respective associated agencies and companies, is responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information produced by the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion or any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and winners.
Certain legislation may imply warranties or conditions or impose other obligations including statutory consumer guarantees which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all guarantees, warranties, conditions or other terms that apply under or are implied by statute, common law or trade custom or usage.
If in the conduct of this Promotion the Promoter is liable for a breach of any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term that applies under the Australian Consumer Law or is implied by any other commonwealth, state or territory law that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter's liability under that legislation is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won.
Any exclusion of implied terms, warranties, conditions or other terms and any limitation of liability available to the Promoter under these Terms and Conditions of Entry will also be available to and extend to such companies as are associated with this Promotion. The Promoter holds the benefit of these clauses on behalf of such companies associated with this Promotion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought if required.
If for any reason the Promoter determines in good faith and its sole discretion that this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any agent or event beyond the control of the Promoter, which might corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or which may change the intended result or prevent or hinder its determination, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion at any time, as appropriate.
If you enter this competition, the Promoter will collect personal information about you so that you can participate in the competition and the Promoter can administer the competition.
