2. Who May Enter
Promoter is conducting a ‘What you LOVE about Milton’ commenting contest promotion amongst mums and mums-to-be, (father and fathers-to-be included), currently living in Australia (“Contestant”).
Entry is only open to Contestants who:
● Are currently living in Australia
● Have purchased or used Milton products OR would like to try Milton products
The Contest is not open to:
● Employees of the Promoter;
● Parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to the Contest;
● Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Contest; or
● Any immediate family member of the above mentioned parties.
3. Contest Period
Contest entry opens at 12pm on Monday 2nd May 2016 until Tuesday 31st May 4PM AEST.
4. Cost
There is no cost or fee to enter the Contest.
5. How to Enter
During the Contest Period, contestants must write a comment that best satisfies the theme of ‘What you LOVE about Milton’ – by: a) writing a comment about a positive experience you have had with the Milton brand or product. b) Share an opinion (what you love) about Milton brand or product.

https://www.facebook.com/MiltonAus/ and go to the pinned post at the top of the page. Follow the directions provided on the ‘pinned post’ – this will be considered as one entry. All entries must be received by 3.59PM AEST Tuesday 31st May.
6. Content of Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry, including any entry deemed by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
Without limiting the Promoter’s discretion, entries must not include any content that:
1) Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
2) contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission; contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;
3) contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission;
4) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or violates any law.
7. Prizes and Total Prize Pool
The prize pool comprises (5) individual prizes:

8. Winners for the prizes
Winners will be selected from a shortlisted pool chosen by a panel of judges. The panel of judges has been appointed by the Promoter and judgement will be based on the comments relevance to the contest theme and its genuine/authentic nature. The Promoter reserves the right to change the winner selection method at its sole discretion.
Winners will be announced early June.
9. Notification of Winners
Each shortlisted Contestant is responsible for monitoring his or her email account for notification and receipt or other communications related to this Contest.
Winners will be notified by Facebook Message within 3 working day after the decision is made. Winners must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification. Prizes can be either collected in person at one of the Promoter’s offices in Australia or delivered to the winner’s residential address in Australia within 6 weeks of the draw.
If a winner cannot be reached by the Promoter within fourteen (14) days using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that winner shall forfeit the prize.
Upon the request of the Promoter, the winners will be required to return a Release and Prize Acceptance Form. If a winner fails to comply with these official rules, that winner will be disqualified.
10. Publication Details
Winners will be published on Milton Australia’s Facebook Page.
11. Exclusion of Liability
(a) The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes offered.
(b) The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any of the prizes.
(c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any Contestant or any other person however caused including but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omissions, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or its contractors or its agents in connection with supply of the prizes awarded to the prize winners.
(d) The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Contest will be final.
(e) The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
(f) The Promoter is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with Contestants or their representatives in matters relating to the Contest.
(g) A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
(h) A winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize it is the sole responsibility of the winner.
(i) The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prizes are lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.
(j) The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected mail or mail received late and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss resulting from transit of prizes.
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering the Contest each Contestant releases Facebook from any and all liability in relation to the Contest.
12. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information from all Contestants in order to determine their eligibility to enter into the Contest and to administer and complete this Contest. It is a condition of entry that the Contestants read and agree to the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be found at

If the requested information is not provided, the Contestants will not be eligible to participate in the Contest or to claim a prize and their entry may be discarded.
13. Inconsistency
To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions will prevail. By participating in the Contest, each Contestant acknowledges that these terms and conditions are legally binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Contest as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
