TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The following rules apply to participation in crossroads 2016 ‘Win $1000 Mother’s Day competition’, promoted in crossroads Australia and New Zealand stores, the crossroads website, crossroads emails and crossroads social media channels. crossroads is a registered brand owned by Specialty Fashion Group Ltd.   

2. By participation in the Competition you agree to these rules.

3. Entry is open to anyone that is a crossroads Rewards card holder, who is an Australian or New Zealand resident. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. Any crossroads Rewards card holder who shops instore and swipes their membership card or online and enters their membership details between 9am AEST Tuesday 26th April 2016 and 11.59pm AEST 8th May 2016 (the Promotional Period) will be automatically entered in to the prize draw to win $1000.

5. There is no restriction on the number of times a Rewards card holder will be entered into the prize draw, each time the crossroads Rewards card member shops and swipes their card in store or enters their membership details online they will be entered into the prize draw.

6. There will only be one winner and the winner will be drawn by random selection on Monday 9th May 2016 at crossroads head office, 151-163 Wyndham Street Alexandria NSW 2015. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by no later than Tuesday 10th May 2016. The winner’s name will be posted on www.crossroads.com.au and www.facebook.com/crossroads.

7. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days from the date the winner is announced, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected on Wednesday 8th June 2016 at 151-163 Wyndham St, Alexandria, NSW 2015. The new winner will be notified by telephone/and or email by no later than Thursday 9th June 2016. The new winner will be posted on www.crossroads.com.au and www.facebook.com/crossroads.
8. Prize: There will be 1 winner, who will receive a $1,000 cash. The prize will be supplied via direct debit or cheque to a bank account of the prize winner’s choosing.

9. The prize is as described in these rules. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

10. crossroads reserves the right to vary these rules at any time, or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond their reasonable control.

11. crossroads decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this Competition and no correspondence will be entered into. crossroads accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition.

12. crossroads reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition.
