Festivalgoers can look forward to a full weekend of pagan-inspired festivities. Friday will launch with a 6ft burning effigy igniting three days of feasting, craft cider drinking, street theatre and music by the fireside. Saturday will showcase the festival’s main event, a spirited celebration of the region’s apple-picking history, while Sunday will close with family fun, storytelling and costume prizes.
