Promotion Commences at 10am on 10th March 2016 and ends at 8pm on 26th May 2016.
1. The entry instructions and prize information form part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to
be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years and must be a current financial member of the Auburn Tennis and Recreation
Club and enrolled in the Diamond Rewards program. Entry is not open to directors and employees of the promoter, and
their immediate families including spouses, siblings, parents and children. Playing a gaming machine does not enable
the entrant to participate in the promotion.
3. The promotion commences at 10am on 10th March 2016 and ends at 8pm on 26th May 2016. No entries will be
accepted after this date and time. The Major Prize Draw will be conducted at the Auburn Tennis and Recreation Club,
181 Chisholm Rd Auburn and will be drawn at 8:30pm on the 26th May 2016.
4. Ten weekly prize draws will take place each Thursday from 8pm during the promotional period with three prizes drawn,
and one of those prizes being entry into the final prize draw. An additional ten further preliminary draws will take place
on the Major Prize Draw night, thereby adding those ten member names to the ten names drawn during the course of
the promotion.
5. The members drawn during the ten, weekly draws will win one of three prizes available each night. The prizes available
include one entry to the Major Prize Draw on 26th May and two prizes of $50 fuel cards. The winner must be on the
premises at the time of the weekly preliminary draws and will have four minutes to claim their prize; otherwise a redraw
will take place.
6. Members will be entitled to gain more than one entry into the Major Prize Draw via the ten weekly prize draws.
7. All 20 Major Prize Draw participants must register for the Major Prize Draw on the day of the event and will receive a
bonus prize of 1000 Player Reward Points for attending.
8. The winner must be on the premises at the time of the Major Prize Draw and all Major Prize Draw participants will
have an opportunity to unlock the promotional lock by way of drawing one of twenty sample keys provided for the
draw. The participant who has the key which unlocks the promotional lock will win the major prize of the Hyundai
Accent motor vehicle. In the case of one or more of the weekly prize winners not being in attendance at the Major
Prize Draw, additional preliminary draws will take place to ensure that 20 finalists are involved in the Major Prize Draw.
9. The order of participation in the Major Prize Draw will be determined by a random draw of key winners’ membership
cards. The first person drawn will be the first to pick a key from the selection of 20 keys and attempt to open the
promotional lock. The second person drawn will be the second to pick a key from the selection of 20 keys and attempt
to open the promotional lock. This sequence will continue up to and including the 20th person drawn until the lock is
opened and the winner announced.
10. Entries into competition by:
• One entry when swiping your membership card at the Diamond Rewards kiosk
• Up to five entries per day by spending on any food and beverage product in one transaction using your
membership card.
• One entry per day by swiping your membership card on the Diamond Rewards kiosk for SILVER level
members, 2 entries per day for GOLD level members, three entries per day for PLATINUM level members and
five entries per day for BLACK level members.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right, at any
time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an invalid entry. An entry is invalid if not
validated, illegible, indecipherable, or incomplete or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of
Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Prize Pool: The Major Prize winner will win a 2016 model Hyundai Accent Sedan or Hatch Manual including all on road
costs, Valued at up to $14,895.50.
13. The total prize pool is valued up to $16,045.50.
14. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Liability for any
tax arising out of participation in this promotion (including acceptance of a prize) is the sole responsibility of the
entrant. Entrants should seek independent financial advice in this regard.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated
prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
17. Promoter’s decisions are final, and Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents)
excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to,
where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control);(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is
late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and
Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused at time of entry or for any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any
combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite
network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
20. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested
is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise
advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use their personal information, or disclose it to other
organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any
further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic
messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the Australian regulatory authorities and winners’
names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any
information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below. If an entrant does not truthfully provide
all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. All entries
become the property of the Promoter.
