1. General

(a) Cinori Shoes, 32 Gipps St, Collingwood 3066 www.cinori.com.au

(b) Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

(c) By entering any competition promoted by Cinori Shoes you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms as advised by Cinori Shoes.

(d) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Cinori Shoes includes its parents, related and subsidiary companies, past present and future officers, agents, representatives, and employees.

2. Entry Requirements

(a) Entrants must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.

(b) The employees, agents and contractors or family members of Cinori Shoes are not eligible to enter the competition.

(c) The competition can be entered online via filling out this form online http://www.cinori.com.au/competitions and in-store if you are a new subscriber. That means there will be 2 winners! YAY

(d) To enter, eligible entrants must enter a valid Email address, Name, and let us know what your favourite shoe on Cinori is and why. The name of the shoe MUST be currently displayed on the website www.cinori.com.au for the entry to be considered eligible. A reason must be stated for it to be considered a valid entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect entrant details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid. It is each entrant’s responsibility to inform Cinori Shoes if their personal details change prior to the winner notification date.

(e) Cinori Shoes reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.

(f) When giving us your email address you agree to be added to our Cinori mailing list. This is in accordance with the ACMA Spam Act 2003 of which you are giving us your email address with inferred consent that you will be added to the Cinori Shoes newsletter mailing list. We also abide by the Spam Act that ensures that you can unsubscribe at any time.

(g) The winners will be decided on Monday 30th May 11am AEST - Melbourne time.

(h) The winners will win one pair of shoes from Cinori each and the prize must be redeemed before June 30th 2016.

(i) Entries to this competition open on Friday, April 15th 2016 at 7pm (AEST) and will close Sunday, May 29th 11.59pm AEST

(j) Cinori Shoes reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are aware of the latest terms and conditions.

3. Judging

(a) The winning entries will be selected at Cinori Shoes’ office at 32 Gipps St, Collingwood 3066 on Monday, May 30th 2016 at 11am AEST.

(b) The prize winner will be notified by email. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner. Cinori Shoes will not be liable to the prize winner who cannot be contacted at the details provided in their entry.

(c) If Cinori Shoes is unable to contact the prize winner after reasonable efforts, Cinori Shoes may assign the prize to another randomly selected entry. Cinori Shoes will give the original winner 48 hours to respond to the email so if contact has not been made by Wednesday, 1st June another winner will be announced.

(d) The decision of the judges is final and will not enter into correspondence or communication regarding the judges’ decisions.

4. Prizes

(a) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

(b) Cinori Shoes will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any prize under this competition.

(c) Shoes not transferable or redeemable for cash.

(d) Shoes must be selected before June 30th 2016 or the prize will become void

(g) Prize winners agree to participate in any promotional activity promoting Cinori Shoes, prize sponsors and/or the competition at the reasonable request of Cinori Shoes. This includes the announcement being done via the Cinori Shoes Facebook Page. The page can be found at www.facebook.com/cinorishoes

5. Intellectual Property

(a) Cinori Shoes may publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the entrants’ winning submission and/or prize winners’ names for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without needing to provide additional compensation.

6. Warranties

(a) Entrants warrant and represent to Cinori Shoes that nothing in any entry to any competition infringes the rights, including copyright, of any third party and is not defamatory or obscene and does not breach any state or commonwealth law.

(b) If Cinori Shoes becomes aware that a prize winner is in breach of any warranty contained in these Terms and Conditions, Cinori Shoes may deem that prize winner ineligible.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are to be construed according to the competition laws of Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of each state and territory.
